Best WLM Reviews
Amazing dining experience and an absolute must try! The lamb pilaw, chicken biryiani, and kibbeh were amazing. You get good value in terms of price and how much food you get. I dont like salad and I even ate the delicious salad that came with the meal. The lamb fell of the bone with a plastic fork!!! Service was wonderful, owners/staff very friendly, and the restaurant and store are very clean. Only feedback is for more attention in terms of cleaning to the bathrooms. I will definitely be coming back again!
This Afghan restaurant is a hidden gem along the cultural entourage of Williamson Rd’s many ethnic eateries. Several dishes may seem familiar if you are accustomed to eating Middle Eastern or Greek-style foods. I had the Lamb Shank Qabuli Palaw and it was delicious! The meat was very tender and the rice with carrot and raisins was a perfect pairing. The husband and wife team who own the restaurant are dear, sweet people. Visit Bethlehem and welcome some diversity into your diet, you will not be disappointed!
Overall a good experience for Afghanistan food
First time trying it, a bit pricey but for what you get, can't complain. Different items at different prices.
Will definitely return. Customer service was great from the gentleman
My wife and I really enjoyed this place. Food was very good, service excellent, and price for what what you got was right on. We stayed at a hotel nearby and needed a quick lunch so grabbed a gyro with fries and a hummus plate. It was excellent, so we actually came back for dinner and had fattoush salad and mixed shawarma plate. Again, very good. Seems to be a nice little store with a great variety of middle eastern nuts, herbs, cooking supplies. Kitchen is clean, and a few booths to eat at, though we went back to hotel to eat. Would definitely eat here again when in Roanoke!
I had falafel here, and it was very good! This place is a hidden gem that combines a fantastic restaurant with a well-stocked grocery store, offering a wide variety of Mediterranean foods. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the best restaurants in the area! Highly recommended.
Ate lunch here for the first time today and we'll absolutely be back. The food was delicious the customer service was excellent. I can't wait to try everything on the menu. The samosas are some of the best I've ever had, Full of flavor!
Delicious! It always has been! Yesterday we got 3 kabob meals with fresh chick peas that were yummy and so much food ! Fresh and full of flavor. And you can shop while you wait . We are very lucky to have your family here in Roanoke many blessings to you all. ????
Wonderful little spot, I had breakfast and lunch here. The eggs really hit the spot ! And the rice, and beef kebab for lunch was amazing. They have super friendly staff, and groceries if you need something for the road.
