I was on a little road trip and just needed to stay a night. The hotel was in a good location, and not too far away from stores, restaurants. The breakfast was great and the pool was also good. I am not giving a full 5 rating bc the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could be, but it made do, and everything worked out. I would stay here again for sure. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed the next day at Chief Logan State Park.
This hotel was exactly what my family needed after a long day on the road. There was a horrible storm that hit Northwrn WV/Southern Ohio this evening, we drove through downed trees and rain for miles before reaching Chapmanville. The room was very clean, very comfortable king bed, and my girls slept on the pull out couch. The shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water for everyone. The staff were wonderful, everybody got the sleep that they needed to finish our trip the next morning.

I would recommend the stay here and I will also be staying again! |There is a heated pool, restaurants close by, for the price it was absolutely worth it and I am local. |My kids just wanted to get out of the house and have fun on Spring Break so that’s what we did!
Very clean, well maintained, super friendly staff. The room HVAC was consistent and quiet, and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was as good as you'd find at a much more expensive hotel.
Also, and this really surprised me - the coffee was great! Most hotel coffees taste like reclaim water from a carwash, but this stuff would pass at Cracker Barrel.
Great place to stay. The hotel had clean rooms, great daily breakfast, The staff went above and beyond their required duties to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The laundry facilities were a bonus and extremely helpful.
Stayed one night. Front desk attendant was friendly and very helpful. Hotel looked like it was recently remodeled. Room was clean, inside pool was cleaned and not busy. breakfast was good, check was easy.
Best hotel I ff off 119, iykyk!!!! Was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. Has a heated inside pill. Amazing, FULL breakfast. Best prices ever. The breads were very comfortable, clean. Staff was amazing! This is by far, the BEST hotel between Charleston to Pineville Ky. I will definitely be staying there again, as I never drive longer than 4 hours a day!
everyone there was nice BUT the general manager. i had a good time at this place even though the room i had smelt like feet and was disgusting. i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, my boyfriend went outside and smoked cigarettes the entire time we were there and she tried to say smoke was coming out of our room, and that it smelt like marijuana. there were a ton of teens there, running up and down the halls, banging on our door. a bunch of stuff happened. i loved the staff, but the general manager is a word i cant say. i’ve called corporate on her multiple times because she at first when i called stated that they had thought my boyfriend and i were staying an extra two nights so we were charged for that, told me to call back an hour later, i called back an hour later and then she switched up saying that we were being charged a smoking fee? if there was smoke coming out of the room then why weren’t the alarms going off? why was nobody freaking out about it? not one person had an issue with us besides her. she’s lost 4 customers now all because she wanted an extra $235. we will be doing a chargeback with our bank, i’m a christian and WOULD NEVER put myself into a stupid situation and be charged $235 to smoke in a room. we went outside every single time. don’t come here unless you want to spend twice as much on a hotel room because the general manager is an old beotch.
