Best Pizza gets the award for worst gyro. I have never felt the need to make a yelp review before but this is pitiful for an (at least) $11 sandwich with no side, beverage, or anything else. This is a few paper thin slices of meat on a veggie wrap and it was an awful first experience.
My Italian sub was amazing, made it just like I asked ????
My boyfriend had the haddock sub it was great. Definitely will be coming back for more!???? So far my favorite in Middleboro ????
If your gonna charge $16 for a dinner chicken finger and French fries 1 it should come with something else beside just the chicken and fries 2 maybe u should make it edible the chicken was hard as a rock and the fries where mushy never eating here again
Its very unfortunate that I am posting this unsatisfactory review. I stand on principle and business. Ive been a customer of BEST PIZZA since 2017. I NEVER ONCE complained about service or the food. Apparently the store has changed owners hands. In addition, they are advertising the WRONG MENU and prices. On or about October 1 2023 I placed a pickup order for 2 appetizers dinners the price was $24. When I arrived the NEW PRICE was approximately $28.25. I was advised I ordered from the wrong menu. And that going forward i had to use new QR code b/c they had no new menus. ANYWAYS
I picked the order up at 725pm I live 3 mins from best pizza when I got home literally within 5 minutes I called and spoke to IZZY I said I'm returning to bring the food back the order was unacceptable the food was overcooked and to hard to eat. The fries were rock hard. Honestly in addition, i took photos. PER IZZY she said well we are closing the store right now. I said i will be shortly. IZZY stated that she was sorry "MANAGER" was vashing and closing out the register so she couldn't give refund. IZZY ON SPEAKER PHONE said Sorry for the inconvenience. I will give you a CREDIT for your next order. I said that was acceptable and I agreed. THIS evening I called asked to speak to izzy as she TOLD ME to ask for her. I reminded her what the order was she said " oh yeah I remember" I proceeded to place an order WHEN IZZY GOES I can only apply a discount NOT APPLY /HONOR THE CREDIT I initially wad told. I said that was unacceptable and not what was told to me. I proceeded to order a simple broccoli Alfredo WHEN I ASKED well what would be the discount applied??? .........crickets
Izzy did not say she told me the Total for a broccoli Alfredo was $15.37 I said izzy that's not what you said I requested to speak to a manager when ALL OF A SUDDEN SHE BECAME THE MANAGER and said she did not tell me I would be credited NOR DO THEY NOT GIVE REFUNDS I told her to cancel the order. I am not going to argue over food. HOWEVER they have lost a customer and to be brutally honest their reviews and services will reflect the overall outcome of how well they will last.

I travel from fall river just for there subs. Best Italian sub by far honestly because they use real French bread. Makes there subs every more better.
I’ve been going to best pizza for years and I’ve always loved their food it has always tasted amazing even though it had a little bit of a price it was well worth it… But in the past few months the food has gone downhill fast, the pizza was under cooked and bland the chicken on our pizza was so over cooked it was like dust and the fries are clearly out of a bad and not even salted, they taste of nothing. I wish the food would go back to the way it is and until I here that it is back to the way it was I will no longer be eating here
Always come here to eat when I'm in town ! Food is always good and prices aren't ridiculous like most places . I always order their dinners but I have to try the pizza next time .
I live in the center of town. So it was so much easier for me to just use the pizza places in the center of town there's enough of them. But when I found that now they're all closed on Sundays best pizza was the only place open so I tried it. It was the best thing I have ever done. Their Pizza is phenomenal and their subs are so tasteful full of flavor the meats are fresh you can tell and the vegetables were very crisp on my sandwich and that's what I love the freshness. They were very busy they were very honest and upfront when you called and asked for a delivery they explained to you that they were busy and it would be an hour and a half to two hours before they could deliver your food so I decided on pickup even that was 30 45 minutes he said. I gave them the 45 minutes it was a order of six subs and some chicken wings when I got there they still weren't done but they're very good and said I'm sorry we're very busy or a little short-handed we apologize it's going to be another 5-10 minutes. I didn't have a problem with that I saw how busy they were the phone wouldn't stop ringing people were coming in and out picking up orders making orders I felt bad for them I wanted to answer their phone while I was waiting LOL. I will say this I will go back it's worth the wait even an hour for us sub was worth the wait there roast beef was so fresh tasting and just so flavorful I have no other word for it it just phenomenal on how well their subs were everybody that ate here that night in my house said the same thing their subs were the best they had had in a long time. The wingdings or those little fried wings that they make crispy juicy a great taste to them they weren't overcooked they weren't undercooked with as busy as they were that's what I thought they were going to be undercooked but they were not they were perfect that's why I gave them five stars those gentlemen as busy as they were made sure my food was perfect and it was I have no complaints at all from any of the people that ate the food. The one thing I forgot to say is their prices were perfect for what you got they weren't expensive at all with the order that I walked out the door with the six subs and the wing dings it was $60 how can you complain about that when my husband spends $100 for the same thing in the center of town. I will be going back most definitely to try the other things on the menu and I'll let you know how they are.
