Great business and friendly team members
I’ve been calling this location since February 2022. They agreed to pick up my vehicle from a location in Laurinburg and just never came. I live hours away and I called multiple times to remind them. The guy that answered the phone reassured me that they had not forgotten to get my vehicle, they were just behind and would get to it soon. The last time I spoke to someone, the guy said everyone is getting their taxes so he’s backed up. It wasn’t even tax season anymore by that point. Anyway, it’s been a year now since I first reached out to them and I’m still waiting. Very unprofessional!!
Has done some good for me, which is why I won't give it 1 star, but as of late, they have done an unprofessional job on my CV axles. Had to two whole days for my car to return all because of a seal that they put no effort in getting. And even with that inconvenience, they refused to give me any recompense. If you work done in a timely and professional manner, avoid this garage.
Always nice and helpful
VERY unprofessional!! I got cussed at and yelled at for asking a question. They had my sons truck 9 days without answering the phone or updating me. When I went to check on it I was yelled at and cussed at by the older gentleman and another guy cussing from the garage!!! Will NEVER do business with them again
