I visited for the first time yesterday and I was really impressed with everything about it! It's a small town atmosphere and quiet. The service was great and the people were friendly. The food was amazing!! And was served in large portions. I will definitely go back again. Thank you all so much.
Great food and service. Specials are typically good and very well proceed. If it matters, they charge $1 service fee for electronic payments.
The best steak around you have got to try their Ribeye!! The staff was very attentive and friendly and constantly checked on our table to make sure everything was cooked to our liking and if we needed refills! I would and do recommend this place to everyone! And the cleanliness of the restraint and the restrooms was exceptional! Keep up the good work Benham Street Grill
Had a lean 12 oz ribeye dinner with two sides and Texas toast for only $14.95. It only took 11 minutes to get our meals and the service was perfect. This is the third time I have eaten here and it has been great every time. HIGHLY recommended!
I have eaten there several times and they have great food. This isn't a fast food place, it can take a while to get your food especially if they are crowded. Most of the time it is a seat yourself restaurant. The last couple Times we have been there it has taken over 15 mins for someone to come to the table and wait on us. This was made worse by the fact there were 3 people standing around the bar just talking. The final visit I sat 20 mins before I got up and left without service and the staff just looked at me as I walked out the door.
Food is always good no complaints. But a couple of the servers are completely terrible and most of the time the service sucks. Also my last experience the server was very rude and confronted me when I said the service sucked. She slammed our drinks down when asked for refills. She paid no attention to her tables and didnt care to be there. The owner wont do anything about it either.
Have had lunch several times, usually stick to burger or the special. Food is good and service is good although the waitresses stick to a one refill policy, after that they are done. Its hit and miss on if you will find it open. That's something you just never know.
The floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed in forever and the bathroom is dirty. Since this place is usually closed more than it is open you would think they would take time to clean. The food is usually good my only complaint would be if they salt the burgers and fries.
