I thought JFK couldn’t go lower, but now this towing company is preying on happy families picking up people at the Passenger Pickup at Terminal 4. We leapt out of our car to help our daughter with a very large broken suitcase, and next thing our car is being loaded onto their tow truck. The ransom for release was $50, cash only (and he knew where I would find the ATM in the terminal). This is a disgraceful way to earn a buck, even in NYC.

this towing whatever auto repair company works in collaboration with scammy 7 11 on Coney island company that sits and waits until you park. And make sure you step inside the store before you step left or right. Less than a minute they put your car on a towing truck and threaten to take it away unless you pay cash. Seems like local police like them too as they came quickly but did nothing. The manager of this franchise location is obviously splitting with the sly tow truck driver. I WOULD NOT SHOP THERE ALL TOGETHER. Inhumane CHEATERS

Scammers!! They towed my car and damaged it! I parked my car in 711 and went to the store for 3/4 minutes. They charged me $250!! And didn’t except credit or debit cards! They asked just cash. Frauds!!!!!!!!Will sue you soon
They towed my AWD vehicle improperly resulting in drivetrain damage and tried to cover it up by switching the vehicle on to a flat bed afterwards, furthermore they damaged the front bumper as well and refused to provide insurance information. I will most likely be suing them.
Drivers BEWARE. This towing company works with the 7/11 (2800 Coney Island Ave). Absolute scam artists. Was charged $275 and had to pay in cash (their credit card machine allegedly was "down").

They towed my car and when I went there to get the car back, they asked me to pay cash and they made me to walk to the nearest hotel to get the cash from the ATM. I didn’t have charge on phone otherwise I would call the police there. I did a report on them. I think many people have the same issue every day. Everybody should call and report on them and manage to close that scammers’ business.
Scam people saying that you need to pay $250 when sign says otherwise. Left car for few minutes as well. After we paid, he damaged our car. We will talk tomorrow with the “boss”, hopefully will get reimbursed at least partially.
Don’t even bother to reach out to them. They will waste your time. Everytime you call them to find out their ETA, always will say 15 mins but never shows up. Worst ever.
