Absolutely in love with my haircut. She was also so sweet and gentle and considerate! She made sure I liked the progress every step of the way, made sure the water wasn't too hot, and managed to give me a beautiful bob despite my hair being severely damaged and having half an undercut. Keep excellent products in the shop and knows what to recommend for your hair. See photos! Also AFFORDABLE!
Victoria is the best!! Yes, her first language is Spanish, but she does know little English and if you’re willing to be patient and work with her on the language, you will have no regrets!!!

I have dark black Asian hair take a look at my picture and as a saying goes, a picture is worth = 1000 words!!!
When I first met her, I was clear on what I wanted. I did know some Spanish so this helped and we worked together and it took very little time after two visits.
Hair coloring is very tricky for any hair color stylist, especially with Asian black hair. You must be very experienced which Victoria is… once she gets to know your hair, it gets better and better!!!
My first appointment my hair, came out good the second time it was perfect. !!!
I saw the reviews & thought there was no way I'd leave unhappy. I think they were short on business because of covid & not many salons were open. I felt bad writing this review, but felt worse about my hair. If I can prevent someone else from suffering like I did OR if the lady who cut my hair learns something from my input then it's worth it. I went in because I had gained weight & wanted to feel better about something I saw I'm the mirror, the opposite happened.
I don’t know what the lady saw when she looked at the picture I showed her as a guide, I even changed the setting on my screen so it would stay lit & kept it visible the entire time. She just couldn't make my hair look like the picture. I went in with shoulder length hair & the finished product came out super choppy, blunt & not feminine at all, plus I was overweight! I looked like a fat boy. She took off Soo much & kept cutting????
I later found out that the hairstyle I showed her wasn't even possible with my hair texture. I didn't know, that's why I chose to pay someone I thought would know. Why didn't she tell me? I would have chosen to do something else.
At the end I maintained my composure, remained optimistic & still paid her. I left hoping it would grow on me & that I could style it nice at home. It seemed worse when I got home. I didn't leave my house for a long time & avoided letting anyone see me.
I ended up paying someone else to attempt to fix it. (Lesson learned)
I ended up going to haircuts in shape in Salinas across from the cvs. He does an awesome job & did the best he could to fix what she messed up????
Made an appointment with Victoria based on reviews two weeks in advance. Passing through town and it was important to get my hair done prior to an event in two days. I showed her the color that my stylist typically uses. This is not my first time showing the color to a new stylist; they always find a shade in the brand they use. Victoria insisted she had nothing and needed to go to the store or she wanted to reschedule me. Spoke little English so there really was no effective communication as is necessary with a stylist. Ended up walking away since it was impossible to figure out next steps
Victoria is the best, she has more than 20 years of experience and is always listening to what the client needs. She always explains what she’s doing and how the process will work from a simple haircut to highlights and color. She’s so nice always wanting the client to understand what’s happening and making sure she does exactly what they want. I’ve never had such a patient and caring stylist. She only gets appointments no walk ins because she makes sure all her clients get her full attention.
Victoria always does a wonder style for me. She has magic fingers and eyes that tell what is best for me.
Victoria did an amazing job on my hair!! She took her time, and everything turned out exactly as I'd pictured, color, length, everything! Very reasonable pricing as well!! Thanks again, Victoria!
Beatrice did an amazing job with my cut. I was going shorter than I had ever cut my hair and she went slow to make sure she did not go too short. I also have curly hair which has been butchered by many salons. But she took the time to dry my hair after the cut, straighten it and re-cut/ shape my hair. She took her time and did an amazing job for a very affordable price.
The next day Victoria (I think that was her name - I think she is the owner) did my color. She spent a lot of time listening to what I want and did exactly as I asked. Best salon experience I have had in a while. I will definitely go back.
