I’ll be honest, I was initially on here to give a bad review. Mainly due to the size/cost ratio of a personal pizza. I went with the meat trio knowing “personal” was going to mean it’s clearly for one but when I paid $14 and a box came out that was smaller than my hand I was disappointed to say the least. The saving grace came after I bit into it. The pizza is great and I’ll be damned if this meat trio (sausage, pepperoni, bacon) didn’t have more sausage than crust! I’m still not thrilled about the price (if this was 8-10$ I’d be here a couple times a week) but I was in fact full. Way to win me over guys ????
I had several hours to kill waiting for my train after arriving in Chicago. While it probably won't win any best of awards, it was legitimately good deep dish, considering it came off a hot bar. The sausage was tasty without being overpowering, and the sauce and cheese were excellent as well. The crust had a slight garlic flavor and helped round everything out. Slices weren't huge, but filling for $5.25. I also got an overpriced truly, but can't win them all. They have non public restrooms, buy something and ask for the code.
Best Gluten Free pizza in town so we went so everyone could enjoy. Pics are of regular Chicago Deep Dish Pizza with Spinach and Chicken. The cookies were excellent too!
Had the thin crust meat lovers with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Best pizza I've had in a long time. The amount of ingredients was unbelievable. It probably weighed 8 pounds. The small 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni was perfect as well
Awesome pizza. Got a thin-crust individual pepperoni. Crust was thin but not too thin, crispy. Lots of toppings by default. A solid layer of pepperoni under the cheese & a few sprinkled on top. Sauce was rich. Tons of cheese. Atmosphere is good ol' pizzeria. Staff, counter and kitchen, are friendly and smiling.
Chicago style pizza is very well known in this great city. This spiffy little spot located near the Union Station does the Chicago style Pizza exceptionally well! Their motto”we lay it on thick” is really an understatement! Any and every topping you can think of is available for the deep dish style or regular style pizza! When you take a bite of their pizza, it is a delectable, explosion of choice, meats, cheese, and fresh toppings galore! The regular slice pizza was devoured within minutes while I waited for them to bake my deep dish which takes 45 to 55 minutes. Fresh, hot and satisfying pizza at its best! Gracia ensured I got everything I needed and service was with a smile!9.5/10 !
The deep dish is the best that I've tried in Chicago. Better than all the bigger names that you've heard of! At lunch, they have it by the slice.
They just have the best pizza period and it's called beggars. Cause they really know how to lay it on and they're not Joking, they put more ingredients on one slice and most Places put on their whole pizza. They're awesome!! Just wish they had locations on the north side of chicago
