They should lose their contract with Westchester County. They routinely pull out of terminal stops ahead of schedule without regard or respect for the fare paying public. Here's some folks at 534 who missed the 535 bus that was LOOOONG gone.
This unreliable line never shows up on time people need to get to their jobs can’t rely on the service . Drivers are animals sorry but I don’t have any other way to say it. Frustrated, inconsiderate I do understand many of us are difficult and challenging to deal with but not everyone is the same and remember you are getting paid because we use and sadly you know we need the service… shame!!!
Kathy Hochul and George Latimer are doing great job ensuring bee line is up to code. OMNY was suppose to be ready in 2021 and here we are 2 years later with limited spots to buy metro cards as they are being phased out. Good thing MTA raised the price so now $11 card is 11.60 so guess we get to eat .60 cents on the card every purchase.
The WORST bus line ever. Expect attitude from nearly all of its drivers. Lack of professionalism, drivers who don't follow their route or schedule and equally incompetent customer service on the customer service line. You will have undereducated people like Ionna telling you they will take care of your complaint and then act like they are submitting it when really they just want you to call back tomorrow so somebody else can deal with it or hope you forget. This bus should be free all year round not just two months in the summer.
The drive was very polite and helpful. I was running to catch the bus in the snow and she patiently waited for me and even crack some joke with that I wasn't running fast enough. It was the 7Bus from My. Vernon NY to Yonkers. Driver-a female was very professional!
Bus flew right by me and did not stop at the stop. Do I need to wear a reflective vest, cause waving him down did not work. Now I am late for work. Thanks Bee Line.
Understandably, the buses are on a Saturday schedule on Martin Luther King Jr. Day but waiting for a bus for 45 minutes in below freezing temperatures makes zero sense for one of the busiest bus lines in Westchester. The 6:11 bus never came and I was at the bus stop at 6am. Then the 6:41 bus was almost ten minutes late. On top of that the bus had to bypass multiple stops full of pedestrians because the bus I eventually got on was overcrowded. These types of incidents happen all too often and the fare increases obviously aren't helping. The service is piss poor at best.
Horrific!! I would give zero stars if I could. As I'm sitting here waiting almost 1 hour for the bus. One bus never showed up at all. Meanwhile the one before was early. Then they wonder why people don't want to pay the fair. You can get further walking if your life counted on it.
