Driver clearly didn't have the tow car hooked correctly so driving 15mph in rush hour is acceptable.
They price gouged my 18yr old daughter then the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with... I dealt with the owner Mark... They towed my daughters car from sears to fix a timing belt we asked for a price... they came back with $860... when we told them not to do it they said it was done already... I then wanted to discuss the price as that after talking with 3 other mechanics that it was very high... He went completely unprofessional... told me if you cant afford it call the police they can inpound it and take him to court. He said to check the timing belt and the damage he had to take the engine apart NOT TRUE... said he had to do an oil change ti was on the invoice NOT TRUE, said it cost 860 parts and labor... told by others a santa fe would take 3-4 hours labor plus parts high 400-500...
Drivers are very rude incompetent unprofessional and just hateful. You would be better off to push your vehicle rather than have them tow it
My vehicle lost its brakes. I called to have it towed the service was friendly and professional. My vehicle was towed promptly at a reasonable rate.
Absolutely Horrible!!! The guys are disrespectful and lack competence! They place needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau
Terrible service. Spoke to the owner. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Company is very difficult to get ahold of and Uncooperative. Will NEVER use this company again
I've trusted them frequently to haul classic and antique cars. They are careful, thorough and prompt.
Great Service, Great Price, none of the nonsense that usually comes with tow service.
