I went into the store yesterday looking for a wig.
They are mean!
No one said hello . The older man behind the counter watched me the entire time on the security camera. When I asked the older women for help with the wig she acted scared. No one is trying to steal I just needed help finding a wig. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO AMAZON.
This place has a great variety of products. From wigs and other hair products to makeup, jewelry and more.
The staff is always kind and helpful.
They consistently have enforced masking since the beginning of the pandemic, which being so close to the hospital, has been reassuring.
Huge selection of gorgeous wigs. Hair products for all hair types and needs. Beautiful jewelry and other accessories. Everything you need for cosmetics including lashes and nails.
There's a young woman who has been a great help for me everytime I go to the store. She is a competent sales associate and shes kind. This young woman takes the time to listen to your needs and helps you find the best lace front, full wig, etc..
Clean, room to move around. Lots of selections except for gray. Please consider more styles and pieces for drinks African American. Sales ladies was very very patient and helpful but not pushie.
I come here all the time I love there products . The service is great they build a special bond with customers . There very respectful and they have no problem helping you and giving the honest opinions
They have good hair but the customer service was horrible I had my son in the store he was in his stroller we are in the back part with the braiding hair the chinese or whatever she has made sure she came to me to make sure to tell me don't let my son touch nothing cuz he could break it how can u break hair and mind you he hasn't touched anything or tried to touch anything go somewhere where u are valued as a customer
I won’t be returning again, definitely lost my business. What beauty store doesn’t allow returns of items in the same condition? Or returns in general. Also the environment isn’t friendly.
