Excellent experience! I became their customer since a year ago. It’s best to book an appointment in advance. Then everything is on time. Once a month, I always got dip powder with Pat, and they last quite a while. Thanks!!!!
They do a really great manicure, and they were very nice!
Was given specific and easy instructions and got nothing of the sort. I asked to keep them long and they filed it short, asked for regular polish and was given gel, and lastly wasn't given clear drying instructions so afterwards was smudged.
Have been to this place more times than I can count on both hands in the last year. Heard great things , but completely unreliable. Never open when I swing by. Wednesday, door hours say open, window sign says open. Door locked & no one inside. I give up!
I would give them a zero if I could. Booked a mani/pedi. When it came to mani the tech kept pushing gel and quick dry. Told her politely no. She kept pressing and then belittled me. Very mean. I left in tears. When I called to talk to the owner he hung up on me.
This is the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever encountered. They are just RUDE & impolite,I've never seen anything like it in my life. I have nice long natural nails & just wanted a gel polish,I called and asked if I could have an appointment and the man literally just said "no" & I asked if he meant no to the time it no to the appointment and he said " no, we don't have time" I asked for a 11 am appointment it's not like it was late in the day...if you don't "have time" to do a gel polish maybe don't be so rude about it...horrible business....
I love Han and her husband, they run a wonderful salon. All of the staff are very competent and accommodating. They've just hired a new person, Gabriella, she is lovely. Highly recommend.
I was there yesterday with my family for
A pedicure. There was a blind lady in there and they treated her very badly. She had asked the man to pick a color for her and he said why don’t you do it yourself. She said I can’t see well. The wife came out and told her to call her friend from outside to pick a color for her. The blond lady left. They are disgrace. I think I may call the ADA And tell them how she was treated. I could see the blind lady was very upset. We will never go there again.
