I just went in after not even a week after having my nails done to get one fixed that broke off, the employees were all very rude. They gave up on trying to help me find the same correct color, and then when i found the correct color on my own, they gave me a completely different color. I told them many times this wasn’t the right color and they continued to paint it. They yelled at my family members for searching for the right color. When i was trying to speak to them they seemed to avoid what i was saying and proceeded to talk to eachother. And then to top it all off i told them i wasn’t happy with the service or the color, and they proceeded to charge me!
I have tried so many nail salons around my area. I drove 35 minutes to try this salon and WAS NOT disappointed! They are so nice, gentle and surly go above and beyond for their customers! Absolute perfectionists, if you will. Highly recommend! :)
I had my manicure on Saturday…. today is Wednesday!!! it is not the jell ..it is still on with no chips! I’m so impressed!
I can’t read the name of the girl that did my manicure and pedicure on this card can anyone let me know her name so I know who to ask for when I make my next appointment?

I have had only wonderful experiences here!! I prefer Thomas or Jane. I have always been treated professionally and politely. As in every service industry or salon sometimes you may wait a bit. But that is to be expected! They are competitively priced. I always get a Nani pedi. Many times I upgrade the pedicures because the longer massages are wonderful!
I highly recommend!!! I'm here every 2 to 3 weeks. My gel manicures LAST!!! And I am extremely hard on my hands!!!

I made an appointment for my sons girlfriend. She loved it. Her nails look great. She said they massage you while they do your nails. She said the price was good to for a full set of acrylics.
I went again today for an A&C and it was wonderful! Attached is the photo of my nails!
This place delivers the definition of quality. The day prior, I went to Fancy Nails and they were so busy, they rushed through my nails and didn’t do anything to my cuticles or my real nail. Just slapped some nails on and that’s exactly what it looked like. My nails came out so bad and didn’t even fit my fingers. The next morning, I immediately called Beauty Nail and Spa, they told me to come right away. I had them removed and redone. Maggie did such an AMAZING job, she was so gentle, and she even massaged my hands! I will be going here from now on, 10/10! OH, and, they gave me a card and every time you go there, they sign it and after 10 visits, you get a complimentary manicure!
