Today I had the chance to order a wig. Amar was great and kind though every step of the process. I haven’t received my wig yet (just ordered 30mins ago) but I wanted to comment on the CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING TOP TIER ❤️
I’ll be back with another review once I receive my wig.
UPDATE- I just received my wig 28” body wave Natural color & the wig is true to length very bouncy and FULL❤️ I love it will be a return customer !

I recently had the opportunity to make a purchase at this beauty supply in Florida -Pembroke area and I was truly fascinated with the product I purchased: they were hair extensions with tape (brand name Soprano) among other things I bought...not only this but the prices and the attention of all their staff It was incredible, there are literally no places anymore that take your expectations to another level. I took the time to make these comments since there really should be more places like this. Thank you Beauty Factory Florida for all your customer services and variety of products of excellent quality and good prices.
I’m going to be completely honest. The staff is very friendly the shop is clean and nice . The quality of the hair is butt.. I spent $400 on 30 inch bundles and closure 613, I did the water meathod to get the color I wanted. I moisturized the hair and everything and it still knotted … you guys are great at hyping the shop but the quality is really bad.. it looks like synthetic hair … I’m trying to let it last long because I invested into the hair but I learned not to buy hair from here .. usually there’s a saying “you get what you pay for “ . Well I paid a lot and the quality is awful. So now that saying is now invalid . I’m disappointed but it’s a lesson to learn.
Clean/organized store and friendly/helpful staff. I love love Bryan ❤️ prices are on point and they stay running good sales too. Hair, products, accessories, etc... You got it!!! My daughters and I go to hair store!
I had such a great experience during my last visit ???? The owner and staff are so friendly, they answered all my questions. I am definitely going back to purchase hair for my next style.
Customer service is great! I had a discrepancy and we resolved the issue quick & fast. Hopefully they find a better vendor with reliable bundles because I really love how I was treated by moody, but the quality of hair didn’t match the prices.
I was overcharged. In fact, I was charged extra item yesterday. When I went to purchase one hair dye, I found the receipt where they charge me two extra hair dye.
Moody has a heart of Gold & very great prices I took my sister there today blessed her and I even brought some hair and he bless me too. Also he has very good hair and he defintely have a lifetime customer. Thank you moody for great customer service from you and your staff.❤️????????
