Worst chicken EVER.
BB.Q chicken is always a promised chicken, never disappointed me one time. However, I had the worst chicken in my life. The chicken was so small, dried, almost like a brick, made me hard to chew it. It also made my stomach feel really uncomfortable afterward. I should've read the reviews posted by others first. Will NEVER visit the Doraville location.
BBQ chicken is one of the most famous Korean fried chicken in Korea. To me, I personally like this place better than any other Korean chicken restaurant out there since the sauces are better, and the fried chickens are crisper than others. They close earlier than I expected. Good location and good customer service.
FANTASTIC Korean fried chicken!! Have tried many flavors and they have all been outstanding. The batter is perfectly crispy without being heavy, and all the sauces are so so flavorful and delicious. Honey garlic is my favorite so far, but there hasn't been a single one I've regretted ordering.
I have ordered mostly takeout, and it takes about 30 minutes for them to prepare because they prepare it fresh as they receive the order. I have tried the lunch special, but I prefer just ordering the chicken on its own so you get more chicken rather than the sides. One of my favorite restaurants in the area!!
I accidentally came across this place while riding down Buford Highway. I saw that the reviews on google looked good, so I decided to give it a try. The first good sign was that the place was full of happy people when I walked in. Took me a while to choose which flavor of chicken I wanted to try, but I later found out that I made a great choice. Honey Garlic wings. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my food, but when it came out, it was boxed beautifully(to go)..and it was hot, fresh, and good. I had also ordered steamed rice on the side and it was fresh too. The chicken was super crispy, and even though I thought the price was a little pricier than expected, I felt the quality of the chicken made it worth it. I can't wait to go back to try other sauce flavors. The dining area is not large, so you may want to do a carry out order. Lastly, the customer service was great. Friendly employees. Check them out guys!
My family and I. just visited Bbq. Chicken Doraville. Amazing food. We ordered: Tteokbokki with cheese and steamed rice. , Original Korean Golden fried chic and fries. Wow....wow. Got to love their K drama music background. Try it. I guarantee you will not be sorry.
I ordered half-half chicken and rose ddeok-bokki. However, when I was eating the ddeok-bokki, I noticed that it tasted weird. When I looked at it closer and washed one in water, the rice cakes were brown as shown in the picture. I am not satisfied with the quality of the ingredient and very disappointed at the restaurant as I have long enjoyed BBQ Chicken.
Tiny portions and out of the whole chicken only about 3 pieces were edible… super dry and hard and the food looked and tasted like leftover scraps from the day before. This location needs to be shut down.
We ordered the the Golden original and hot spicy. The golden original had absolutely no flavor. And the hot and spicy was nothing special..I thought it was overly sweet. I honestly could not enjoy their chicken because their chicken had weird after taste...like dirty dishcloth.. it could be their "secret seasonings" but definitely is not a compliment. They do have other flavors but I definitely don't care to try their other flavors. I have to be honest..this place can't not touch JJs chicken!
