However, I experienced some tightness on the edges, resulting in breakages. While the overall style was impressive, I would suggest the stylists pay closer attention to the tightness of braids to prevent discomfort and damage to the hairline. Told me to come at 4 I did not get to the chair until 8:15, while I waited she ate a sandwich (which is perfectly fine) Charged the lady infront of me 200 dollars give or take for mid back knotless then quoted me 120 for medium sized twist with my natural hair. Here is the style I requested I have medium length hair above my shoulders I came washed and blow dried and I detangled my hair again in the salon to make sure I had no knots. Her websites quotes similar styles at 80. Overall a really disappointing experience
Don't waste your time trying to get an appointment here! My finance called in to get an appointment today, she told him to come in. When hẹ got to the shop she told him to wait outside and she would let him know when she was ready, hẹ had an errand too run and she told him to go ahead and by the time hẹ got back she could start. Over an hour passed and when hẹ called to let her know hẹ was ready she said "wait for my call" never asked for a name. Hẹ then called to clarify and she said she was still finishing someone else hair. It has now been 2 hours since wẹ have heard from her and she closest within the hour. She changed his appointment 3 times. Had wẹ known she had nothing available, wẹ would have booked somewhere else. Now it's the end of day and nọ appointment. Completely unprofessional! Your time and hard earned money is vauable. Please, do not waste it!!!
I am one happy customer, thanks to BB! This was only my second time in life ever getting my hair braided and I thought I would never have it done again. I got my hair done at an African shop in another state and the experience was traumatic for me! It was horribly tight and I stayed up all night taking it down because I couldn’t sleep. I’m not tender-headed so it was definitely too tight! I shared my experience with BB and she assured me that I would not have that kind of experience with her and she was correct! The experience was great and not once did I go through the pain and discomfort I felt from the previous shop. I’m a daily swimmer and I needed something that could stand up in the water. Thank you for the recommendation! It was a perfect choice! I love my new style and will definitely visit again for services. The style is versatile and matches my natural hair perfectly!
