Car almost broken into 3 times. We didn’t check the dash cam until the second night. They stole our tire air caps. We parked right next to a garage camera too.

We had one more day on our reservation, but they would not even refund that unused day (we moved to a different garage), let alone the entire three digit reservation cost. We spoke to four different staff members, including the manager at the office the next day.

The elevators were slow, buggy, and often wouldn’t go anywhere even after mashing the button.

Far nicer garages for less $$ and better security and customer service.

Excellent experience parking at Bayfront Annex Garage! The rate that is clearly posted at the entrance is $42.00 per day, if you stay for more than a day it will obviously go up. As an example, if you stay 5 days it will be around $210.00 to park.

I have to leave this here as our school system is failing us, some people in the reviews clearly can't do basic math or read.

Way over priced, held me hostage when I tried to leave… i was forced in by a car behind me with no way to back out so I was forced to get a ticket and keep going in. Explained my situation and they said I could Not leave without paying my ticket. Finally decided since I have to pay anyways might as well park for 2 hours… it cost me $35 and they only take credit cards. This is the worst parking experience I have ever had, someone needs to do something about these crooks.

WARNING do not park here. The price is not what's advertised Was charged almost $200 for less than 5 days. There's nobody that speaks any English to help you and from what I can tell nobody even works there. There's cheaper garages right down the road that also have trams for transportation.

This is ridiculous none of the workers speaking English and the price that's posted isn't what you're charged. I was charged a $175 for 5 days. Go to any garage but this one you'll be better off.

I used this facility as it was convenient to the sightseeing centers around the area. The staff was helpful upon arrival and time of exit.

The rates were reasonable as well.

Stay away from this parking lot I’ll take you for ever to go out because there is only one lane to exit and every car has to stop to pay it took me 2:40 hours to go out from floor 7 this is unbelievable

Good service, they treated me well, and the price is super fair, love it!!
