This is a great family owned shop with way better prices than the dealership. We have a 2012 Honda Odyssey that had a bad coolant and oil leak. Bay Springs Auto repair diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 2 days. They have definitely earned my future business.

My Jeep would not start after being towed behind my motorhome while on an out of state trip. Towed the Jeep to Bay Springs Auto where Don diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Don and his wife then delivered my Jeep to me at the rv park where I was parked the next day. I highly recommend Bay Springs Auto Repair. The service, workmanship, and communication were all excellent. Our car needed an immediate clutch replacement in the middle of a long trip and I was so happy to find this place. Mr. Hughes, the mechanic, was very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. He did such great work that my car ran better than when I first got it. The timeline of the repair was faster than expected and I wish I could go to him anytime my car needed work. This is the place you've always hoped to find.

Soo nice and so helpful!! Having just moved to Dothan, we were concerned about finding an honest, reliable and affordable solution for an issue that came up with one of our cars. After much searching we discovered Don's place and are so glad that we went with our gut instincts! They repaired our car quickly and efficiently and both Don and his wife (Jill, who runs the office) are just plain nice people. Such a relief to have found a trustworthy mechanic!

Truly the best service I’ve ever gotten at an auto shop. While I waited for him to checkout my car I enjoyed talking with his wife in the office. When he came to tell me what the problem was with my car, he explained everything in a way that I could understand. Then they talked with me about my options as a parent would talk to their child. I don’t mean this in a way like they were talking down to me. I mean it in the way that they were truly invested in what the best option was for ME now and how it would look years to come. They weren’t thinking about how much money they could make from fixing my car. Truly down to earth good people. If you have a problem with your car take it here. You won’t regret it.

Great people. I took my vehicle in to worked on before selling it. I was given a very competitive quote and was called when additional problems were found. The cost to fix these issues was very reasonable.

When I went to pick my vehicle up I was shown the parts that were removed and the parts used to replace them. After several problematic experiences with auto mechanics I believe I can finally report that I've found a mechanic I can trust.
