It’s ice cream. You should get 5 stars bc it’s ice cream. But you get a 1 star bc the service is awful. In order a cone with two scoops. The young lady handed me a cup with my cone upside down in it and said “it was leaning so I put it in a cup” Then she didn’t even give me a spoon???? How about you just scoop a new cone correctly? Unbelievable.
You would expect a place specializing in ice cream wouldn't be completely incompetent when a basic order for ice cream comes in. This place consistently makes you wait up to 30 minutes for some of the worst prepared shakes I've ever seen. Just go somewhere else for your own sanity
Went here 11/10/2023 at 10pm service was terrible the lady on the speaker was very nasty when we got to the window we asked her why she was so nasty towards customers she got smart I’ll never spend my money here again I’m a payin customer an u guys employed a nasty attitude rude individual to be the face customers have to put up with
Hey, thank you Akahlea for working tonight. You had a huge line and I know you were doing your absolute best to serve customers as quickly as possible . It was 11:00 pm and there was a huge rush of people and you stayed cool, stayed kind, gave suggestions for replacements of things your store ran out of. This is the best service I have ever seen at a DD/BR. While some people may have gotten frustrated with the long wait on the drive through, I am sure they did not know the whole story of why it wait was so long. And you were not the reason for it. You were what made the long wait worth it!
This is the worse Baskin Robbins in the state! They never have Recees Sunday. They need to stop selling it! The donuts are stale and disgusting! I drive 20 minutes away to Chagrin. They need to close this trash location. Management should be fired.
I ordered from the Dunkin menu. The wait was incredibly long, workers were friendly. Out of maple sugar bacon snackers, got the sweet pepper ones and they were good. Got the pineapple mango coconut milk refresher. It was good, but barely tasted pineapple. There is just a mango refresher and I think they made that by mistake. I didn't get a receipt so there is no way to see what I was given versus what I ordered.
It's a very popular place on a hot day. Had the Charlie drink and it was pretty tasty. I didn't enjoy having to wait in the driveway for so long but hey everyone had the same idea. The workers seen rather organized and it wasn't that bad and experienced everyone was polite and thorough. One problem though they didn't have the frozen iced tea drinks which were on the menu so that was a bit of an issue but they had a pretty big menu and a lot of other selections.
Let’s just say this is the worst location EVER, worst experience, I drove 20 mins for a late night snack just to be disappointed. Line was super long which is understandable but they are super slow, and to put the cherry on top They didn’t have nothing in stock,
