My grandson is 7 and was at ease with the young barber. He had patience normally he doesn't. They have a treasure chest for the kids after their finished with haircut.
I've been here a number of times over the last 5 or 6 years and it was good. The last couple of years I have tried to come and get my hair cut but they are always closed. I am actually here right now Tuesday 4:30pm and the sign is flipped to closed although hours posted on the door says they are open until 5:30pm.
Absolutely worst haircut you can get in Napa. Absolutely butchered my son's hair. I've never seen such a bad butcher job. Sent them out of there and hair gel spiked up and imma walk obviously to hide what he has done. Got home washed it what an absolute joke. Do not get your haircut here. Called tried to settle it with them no answer no call back.

Terrible at holding to their “open” hours. I’ve tried getting a haircut just after 4p and I have been told multiple times that they are either closed or not taking anymore customers for the day. I understand closing shop a little earlier if it has been slow, but turning away customers when you are supposed to be open for at least another hour is a bit much.
Great haircut and nice barber. I cut my own hair and am pretty picky and he did great! No wait and priced well
Today Wednesday, May 16 at approximately 4pm. I walked in with my 4yr old son and small daughter in hopes to have Joan (barber) give my son a haircut. We have seen him twice and he is really good! There was two men today one mid twenties/early 30’s and the other a bit older (perhaps Asian?)I asked if Joan, was there and I was told he was not. I asked the younger barber if he could please give my son a haircut and he said NO! He did not feel comfortable giving my son a haircut and to come back during Joan, working hours. I reply “He could use one today, I’m here I don’t want to come back”. He refused several times as if my son was not his cup of tea! I was so embarrassed kind of humiliated specially when my little guy was already on the chair. Fortunately there where ZERO customers at the moment, this would have been so embarrassing! This was embarrassing enough in front of my children. This act was extremely unprofessional and it appear to me that I was being refuse service either from the fact that I am a Hispanic woman or a discrimination against my son. Weather it was one, either or neither of these reasons we will NEVER be returning to this establishment and will be sharing our experience with our family and friends in regards to this travesty.
Been coming here for 30 years. Barbers have changed the shop's been painted but it always seems to give quality service. Ben is the absolute go to for a haircut and during these times the haircut will last through the next shelter in place until he can give you another one
