Busy location, friendly staff. Id bank here again if I really need too. Made it just before 5pm
I can only review the small business department! I was visiting this branch from Philadelphia and to my treat, the team was helpful! I was able to open a new account and bypass sales talk. The bank rep has been in industry 20+ years and doesn't plan on retiring soon. She was knowledgeable and accommodating to put the customer first.
The worst bank that took advantage of Metro Detroit. Allowed overdrafts and rearranged overdrafts to obtain maximum fees. The North remembers. The fact that 3 are still limping along in Southeast Michigan blows my mind...
I came in today at 3:20 and wanted to make a deposit and the man gave me a paper and told me to write my name and address I wrote my name and told me if he could help me with the address because I didn’t understand English and he refused to help me and I always come here and ask them to help me with the address and they have no problem help me
Always considerate of seniors ages and helpful. Makes the banking experience great. Good customer service.
The drive thru is just a atm machine but the security guard is great there ???? up
Gets backed up once in a while, but usually quick in out. They also have a ATM in front of the building.
This bank sucks. Only one teller and 7 people in line. I went out to the ATM to deposit a check it would not accept it. This location is the worst. This is not the first time I had a bad experience here. I will never go here again and I highly recommend nobody else does. Then maybe they will close it down. Nobody should have to deal with such low customer service. STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY. Plus the App will not accept my deposit for the check for what ever reason. I should just close my account so I don't have to deal with this nonsense any more.
