Bandit is a St.Pete staple that I’d recommend to anyone.
My boyfriend and I love visiting on the weekends for breakfast; sometimes we even discuss going other places, but just end up back at Bandit ????
Personal favorites include the potatoes locos breakfast sandwich, and the chorizo burrito.
For drinks, iced americanos are our go-to. The seasonal bourbon and bouquet syrups are a must-try as well!
Yes, the place is popular, so a line is a common sight -
BUT most of the time it moves quickly, and I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for food or drinks.
And don’t forget to check out their pastry cabinet!!
Bandit Coffee is some of the best Coffee in the the St. Petersburg area and it is overall a great breakfast place and cafe in general. The location is awesome, basically in the center area of all the cool stuff in town we visited, and the staff were extremely friendly and quick with their service. The Bourbon coffee we ordered was ready in a minute and was very delicious, however it is an acquired taste and not for everyone. The sandwich was also amazing and was worth the wait. Such a great spot and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Pete!
Always awesome service/staff and amazing food. Prices for food are pretty reasonable for how delicious and fresh everything tastes. The pastries are one of the best I’ve had in st Pete! Especially anything croissant they have is addicting. Pictures is the OG cheese&egg sandwich with bacon - Double baked bean croissant and a vanilla sugar croissant - not sure what it was called but it was incredible :)
This is my daily coffee shop and I wish I could give 6 stars! The best food and coffee, a SPECTACULAR pastries, and lovely staff.
If you’re in St Pete, get here now. People complain about lack of WiFi, but it’s the kind of place to take a screen break, read a book, and chat with friends. Sit down and enjoy the atmosphere.
Is it more expensive than a cup of 7-11 coffee? Yes. You pay for quality, people. All ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, they pay their employees a living wage, AND they support other local businesses in partnership.
I LOVE THIS CAFE SO MUCH. definitely top 2 cafes in st Pete. However, I’d have to say number 1 best cafe in st Pete if you’re also including the food. I cannot get enough of this place.
Whenever I have guests I always take them here to try the latte, the food and the overall cool chill atmosphere.

On the higher priced side. Iced mocha which was a lot of ice was $5.75 and the breakfast sandwich $10 but it was large. The coffee was good. The sandwich lacked flavor in my opinion. For 2 of us to get food and coffee cost us $36. They accidentally hit no cheese instead of no onions on my boyfriend’s chorizo burrito however when shown they corrected the problem tight away and were very kind about it. We understand mistakes happen we weren’t upset at all. Very happy with how they corrected it.
I will say we were here on a Sunday morning and it was busy and was very loud inside. I had a hard time hearing across the table.
My visit to Bandit Coffee was phenomenal. Upon our arrival, there was a line at the door, the line moved quickly though. We tried the iced Latte and Matcha latte, it was so good and well made. Their breads are homemade, fresh, and delicious. The food here is delicious, I had the ricotta toast with crunchy bee pollen and blood orange marmalade. The vegan egg sandwiches were also a hit, made with house-made English muffins. Highly recommend it and worth the wait.
Pretty standard as far as coffee shops go. The service for drinks was quick, the food took a little longer but that’s expected at 10 am on a Sunday. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was okay … it was pretty dry honestly. But nice space with a good amount of seating.
