Work was ok for what was performed. Even though they have no idea that my 93 Ranger isn't computer compatible and I had to Google it to show them.

The front was confused as hell and only seemed interested in coming close to the $500 plus figure I was 1st quoted. What floored me the most was the attitude when we went to pay the 569.86 with a local check and she called our bank, which told her our account was in good standings. She intimated we couldn't afford the services, when actually we could afford a lot more. Will never again use them. No one not Rundstrums B&G or any garage around here has ever treated us this way. You've cost yourself a household with 4 vehicles.

OKAY it's now Thursday; I got my 93 Ranger out of your shop Monday, you said you checked everything and it's running.. today it won't start and the fuel isn't even kicking in. So when I call you, you ask for an apology for my first review, and why didn't I take it somewhere else??

Like I told you, Virginia Law requires me to bring it back to you so you can make it right. You ran out check to the bank so fast the ink hadn't dried.

Like I told you we will be taking it somewhere else and if it's something you didn't do, we will be taking you to Court.

You need to know how to treat customers if you want good reviews.

We wrote a check to have a record; and we weren't going to pay your 3% for using our debt or credit card

$17.58, and your Card Company doesn't even charge you that. But we have the Good Ol Boys in Virginia so they allow you to get away with crap that was the biggest Crime when the Mafia and Loan Sharks did it. Smdh

Bailey's treats me well. They listen to my concerns and respect my questions and wants for my vehicles. They do a good job, and have fixed things they don't have to. They explain easily what they can do, want to do, and what they did do when I pick up. They charge a high but reasonable price for their labor as they are a busy shop and still get through their work in a decent time frame and will even try to expedite when possible if you have scheduling needs. I huff and puff when I have to get work done I can't do myself, but Bailey's gives my a trustworthy and friendly option for that.

This place is super awesome. They took care of all of my auto repair needs including repairing my instrument cluster so I could get it inspected.

I am very pleased and amazed that there are still honest mechanics in this world. And in Farmville no less! I recommend them to every one looking for great service with a smile and honest mechanics that keep you informed as they work on your vehicle. I can't say enough great things about Bailey's and the service and treatment I have received and not to mention the great conversation with the receptionist and other clients waiting as their vehicles are being serviced. Go there, you will not regret it!!!

Worst place ever to get a inspection done they have no clue what they are doing

Being out of state, midday of July in a scorching heat I got stranded on a street in Farmville. After having no luck with other shops I reached to Bailey’s. Julia, the front desk lady encouraged me “ if you can make it here we’ll fix it for you” and indeed, in less than half hour they put me back on the road !!!

IT IS PEOPLE LIKE THEM THAT MAKE AND KEEP THIS COUNTRY GREAT !!!

Brought my car to baileys auto service to put in a new oil cooler and replace my 02 sensors… Sure enough got a call saying my converter had been cracked while trying remove 1 of the old sensors. The owner Ralph , the mechanic and the secretary tried to tell me I was responsible for possibly having to buy a new converter “if” the mechanic couldn’t fix it and they would have to keep my car an extra day AND I would have to pay around $600 more for labor. I was not going to allow them to scam me out of my money. How is the customer responsible for the mechanic damaging your car ?? I let them know I was going to speak with a lawyer about the issue and I was told by the secretary that since I spoke to a lawyer, I was not allowed to pay with anything other than cash to get my car. Secretary is VERY rude and nobody wanted to take responsibility for the damage done to my car. When I came to tow my car from baileys auto THE BATTERY WAS DEAD!!! Needless to say I spent almost $600 and I still have to take my car somewhere to get properly fixed, it’s not drivable. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 2 ladies in the office are incompetent and constantly messing up work orders. It's a miracle anything gets done.
