They told me not to call to tell them how great my car is running ???????? so I figured it would leave them a great review. Customer service excellent my car is running like it's brand new. And worth the money and service they did amazing!!!! I didn't have one complaint

Worst European shop in Fresno. I DROVE my brother’s car for them to fix a misfire on the vehicle. When we got the car back, we had to get it TOWED outta their shop cause the car no longer read the key (nor the spare). Also, the receptionist unprofessional. When asked about the car, she giggled and asked if I was sure I left the car there. After giving her the information of the car she still didn’t know which car I was referring to until she remembered it was the car that had the driver door get stuck when trying to open it. Terrible work. I’d give it a 0 star rating if I could.

DO NOT LET THIS SHOP TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! These people are operating as a full service german auto repair shop and will tell you that they just had a job like yours come thru and hes putting the same mechanic on it so it moves faster! They had my 750i for an engine swap for 4 months and lied all the way thru the ordeal. After spending $14,000 on an insurance claim, our car is now at BMW where we are paying out another $15k to have it repaired and installed properly. He gave me my car back throwing over 25 engine codes with missing belts fasteners clamps and even worse on a bmw there were missing sensors everywhere! My guess is he steals parts off cars for other jobs and tries to keep your car til he can steal more off another car. We got every excuse in the book and even a kind of break down and a very uncomfortable explanation of his messy personal life. Completely unprofessional. Come to find out he is now telling our insurance company that he didnt even have the equip. To make the repairs needed to complete the install and repairs. How this man hasnt lost his certifications and rights to repair cars just further disappoints me about the california bureau of automotive repair. Do yourself a favor and read thru every single review and you will see the patterns in the negative reviews which also outweigh any positive ones actually left online. It was common for there to be more than one distraught customer in his office at any given time. In the end he will tell you to take your car elsewhere and he will pay for anything thats deemed his fault and he has yet to cut a check for his screw ups. Absolutely no excuse for putting old belts back on a new engine on a $100k vehicle. This guy has no business working on any vehicle let alone German cars. He has no clue what hes doing nor does he own the tools to complete the projects but sells you on it anyway

Took my 2010 Mercedes GLK 350 to get repaired for two codes and a serpentine belt. After spending $2284 they never fixed the issue of the codes, but instead they erased the codes with their computer. I Picked the vehicle after being told it was ready and left for 10 minutes, the car began to smoke like crazy and lost a lot of oil. Sent the car back to Baileys and was promised they would fix everything on the vehicle. Picked the car up today after two weeks and the car still has the same two codes. Absolutely horrible service. I wish I can give no stars. This place is a true disappointment, and I still have to fix my vehicle when Baileys had it for a month and half, AND be out of $2284.00.

Work was performed without a hitch. Had a transmission flush and rear def. Price was good.

They never care about the customers or car they only care about money, they charge me 650 for doing nothing and they never fix my car and they saying we don’t know what’s going on we think you should send the car to the dealer. But you have to pay cause they spent sometimes look without fix.

My coolant started leaking on my drive to Fresno and I’m not from the area, and I had to leave in only a few days. Bailey European said they’d be able to fix the leak with short turnaround and they did, repair had no issues. They did have to replace an additional part outside of the original quote, but brought me back to see the failed part they found, which indicates they want to prove their honest. They even cleaned my car after. While I likely won’t be back because I don’t live in Fresno, I would trust them to service my car again.

I have never ever written a review about any company until today. I took my vehicle here due to all the great reviews and was hoping to receive the same service. I had a small issue with my car .. the oil filter housing cap… mine was cracked so I needed them to screw on a new one. They gave me a price which is high but I accepted thinking they would fix the issue they also charged for a full inspection which if you been it’s about 145. Anyways I took my car down the block and all the lights started flashing and the car wouldn’t go into park and then once it did it wouldn’t turn back on. So I call them to tell them what’s going on they say bring it back but I have to tow it there ……once I am out of a tow and the car starts. He comes out looks at tells me very rudely this isn’t his fault it’s nothing he did. But the car is saying it is an engine system problem. He refused to look at the car any further than the computer he hooked up. Tell me if it happens again bring it back. So I ask so you want me to tow it again instead of him just looking for the issue. He replies he doesn’t care take it somewhere else. And walked back inside and that was it. Took my money my car came back worse than I took it to them. I am reasonable all I wanted was for them to find the problem. So I can drive away knowing what happened. I don’t except them to do anything else….just tell me why when I drove off your shop my car decided to break down. Give me a reason so I can understand but he treated me like I was trash. I hate to make this review but I just don’t want someone else to experience this also. Also the leak is still happening.
