This is our 3rd time coming here and being told that they are too busy, so they are doing our order as a “flat” top. This looks nothing like what is advertised. We are paying almost $7 for this?!? Also when they hand you your cup, it’s dripping with syrup with no napkins in site. Can’t they wipe them down before handing them over? Messy!!
We don’t get acknowledged when standing at the cash register, while employees are talking to one another. It doesn’t seem like they are short staffed the employees just don’t know what customer service is.
The front lawn makes the store look closed. It’s 2 feet tall.
I would like to get what I pay for! This is how my Bahama Mama looked when they handed to me because they were too busy to make it the right way!
I went there around 8:30pm (June 1st 2024) The girl who took out order at drive through was rude, she had no manners, my husband ask to add something to our order and she didn't even respond back or ask what flavor we wanted for our topping. Also my husband ask about something on your guys website and she just flat out ignore us. I didn't get her name because she didn't come back to window after she took our order. She had a huge necklace on that's all I know. And our drinks were not good at all. She ask if we wanted"flat top" so it's less messy in the car so we said yes. But it's not worth it. It's literally half of cup of normal shaved ice. We paid $15 dollars for two snocones and it was terrible. Waste of time and money. If you have a Hokulia Shave Ice place near you I highly recommend it over this place, plus the pricing is so much better too.
No one in line in front of us when we ordered. There were people in the drive up. It took 25 minutes for 4 regular cups. 2 people that came in behind us were given their orders before us.
After a 20% tip, my order was just under $35!! I’ll go to a local steakhouse next time and get my order sooner and for about the same price. ????♂️ The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one 1 is because the girl that initially helped us was great!
Just visited and got the most perfect snow with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla ice cream. The gentleman working had glasses and a cool dragon necklace and he was super friendly and helpful and he just nailed it with my shaved ice. I haven’t gone for almost a year because I feel like it was consistently not what I wanted but this guy just did so good and so I had to leave a review.
My husband and I like to take the drive to wind down after a long day. We often end up at Bahama Buck's because I love shave ice! We like to catch up on our day while we eat. We also like to play the games they have there. Even though he just learned how to play Phase 10, which is one of my favorites, he creamed me ???? ah well. At least I got shave ice! The photo is the mango Latta. It has real mango in it. I like the Autumn flavors. Caramel apple is my favorite. Candy corn is a close second.
Horrendous. An hour and 14 minute wait in a drive through is ridiculous. Not only did we have to wait for the outrageous amount of time but when we asked questions about the menu we were met with "I don't know"s. Staff was so clueless and unhelpful. Once we finally made it up to the window and paid we waited.... And waited... Then were told they were out of what we ordered. Why did it take them so long to tell us this? We replaced it with something else and drove off frustrated at this point and start to enjoy our long awaited treat.... They had messed it up..
Why isn't there a way to give 0 stars?
I always love every flavor I try, but the last 5 times I’ve come here spread out over the course of a year or so, it’s been SO SLOW. Literally, any other fast food place is faster than this, and I’ve only ever ordered one single snow cone. The last time I went they let me know they had a flat top in place since they were slammed inside & in the drive through. In total, I spent maybe 35 minutes waiting
The service has severely gone downhill here and it sucks because it’s the best shave ice. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through to get through 2 cars ahead of me. Not acceptable wait times. It honestly just doesn’t make sense. Can I just come in and make it myself real quick and leave?
Oh and my order is wrong. What kind of training is happening here??
