I’m a little conflicted writing this review. Because we did enjoy the items we ordered but we did not enjoy our experience.
We stopped in today and ordered breakfast bagels. Upon entering I was a little put off. The place looked like it needed a good deep clean. There was crumbs and debris all over the floors and their bagel display rack looked like it needed a good clean as well. There is much more I noticed but you get the point.
The lady at the counter was so friendly and nice but while ordering, I heard a cling sounding like something dropped on the floor. I looked over afterwards and noticed that one of the workers that was making orders was looking at a bread knife almost as if they were inspecting it before wiping it off with a towel on the counter - reinspecting it - shrugging their shoulders and then started cutting another bagel.
Now I want to be clear, I have no idea if this worker dropped the knife or if the cling sound was unrelated and they were just making sure no other bagel debris was on the knife from their last cut. But like I said, it really put me off considering I was already unsure about the cleanliness of this location.
Regardless of all of that, we were so hungry that we decided to eat our order anyways. Honestly…. My sausage and cheese bagel tasted great. I would probably rank it in the top 5 of all sausage bagels that I’ve ever tried.
With all of that being said, we won’t be back. I just really wish we had a better experience here because I would have loved to come back to try more of their menu.
I simply love this place. The freshness of the bagels makes the sandwich taste so much better. The staff is always friendly and the variety of menu items is a plus. I haven't tried their lunch menu yet, but I love their bagels. I just wish that they had a big enough place where customers can sit down and enjoy their food inside the restaurant. I always have to go to my car and eat. I also wish that they had seasonal flavored bagels (i.e. spring time they can offer berry flavors and winter time they can offer pumpkin and banana nut).
I drive an extra 8 miles from where I live after the gym 3x a week to go here . Former NY- guarantee this is THE CLOSEST you will get to a true NY style bagel anywhere within 25 miles . Tasty breakfast sandwiches , great Taylor ham egg and cheese . Service staff are so nice here and the wait is not long at all - if there is a small line there is a reason too ! Trust this Brooklyn boy on this place !
Bagel Bros is an absolute gem! Their rainbow bagels are a delightful explosion of color and flavor that never fail to impress. If you're on the hunt for the best bagels in town, look no further. Each bite feels like a journey up north, where quality and taste meet. Highly recommend!
The bagels are good but the service is really irritating. Both times we have gone, it's clear they favor door dash over those who are in the store. We have waited over 30 minutes for breakfast sandwiches and listened to them say "door dash or online orders?" at least 5 times. At one point I was ready to go to dunkin...
we did a special order for a bakers dozen of their rainbow bagels and had breakfast this morning absolutely everything was so delicious! We had the honey cinnamon cream cheese on our bagels, as well as a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on the kaiser roll! The line went quickly and our items were hot and freshly made! Pricing is great!
The staff was a delight to interact with, even when I was totally clueless to how the line worked ????????????
My fiancé and I come here every Sunday morning to get our bagels..! Without a doubt they’re delicious every time and never had any issues. Whether it’s a mobile order or dine-in they’re always very quick and on time. Very clean place and they always have great options! Just make sure you get there early enough or they could run out of your favorite bagel!
First time trying and unfortunately I’m not sure if I’ll be back. They open at 630am and I got there around 7am. So you can understand why I would be disappointed when i got home and a majority of the bagels were hard. They had to have been from the previous day.
No way could these have been freshly made. Not to mention that both the onion and garlic was burnt. Sadly, not the best first experience.
