Ive been a regular here for several years but after a recent experience I will not be returning. I dropped my car off for an oil change and when I called 7 hours later to see if it was ready they informed me they broke a nut on my wheel and it would cost me $400.. No one informed me they’d be doing anything to my car besides an oil change.
Super disappointed in the absolute lack of communication, accountability, and service.
I’ve never been happier going to get my car fixed! Seriously so nice, fixed my car same day, lent me their shop car so I was not stuck and did not make me feel pressured in anyway for extra maintenance. 100% going back for anyone in my family’s cars and recommend. From always putting car troubles off they make me want to go overly day. Sounds extreme but that’s how amazing the experience and their work was. My AC feels better than it did when I got the car. Thank you!
We took a car in for a water pump, new thermostat and hose Replacements upon prior to picking it up and getting it home we had a severe oil leak, missing rim cap and a torn hose. We took it back in to get the problem looked at and with the timing plate that needed to be replaced and filled that was not done originally upon repair now that we got that fixed would pick up the car now we got a broken door handle that now they want us to pay out-of-pocket for which is just ridiculous over spending $1,000 for repairs and having to take it back already twice just because you might pay a couple hundred dollars cheaper than other shops I would rather pay the more expensive price and have a job done right w/ lesser hassle and frustration and where we didn't have these tissues prior. Seems like allot of rushing and man handling.
