We were looking for a good breakfast spot on a trip up to Prescott for the weekend and decided to give b.simple a try. It is a small cozy place with excellent friendly staff. I ordered sausage and eggs and they come with a biscuit and gravy. My wife ordered kinda like a skillet with hash browns and eggs and a green chili sauce. My breakfast was amazing, great hash browns and some tasty hand made sausage patties. The biscuits were huge and flaky and the gravy was not too bad either. My wife’s was also very good.
Possibly the BEST Mexican Style Breakfast Restaurant in the area.
I drive all the way from Prescott Valley just to eat here. The seating is small but extremely worth it. I can't praise this place enough for their food and service, I love the people! It's a little family with wonderful waitresses who now have been greeting me personally after just a few visits. The burrito is my Favorite so far.
If you're a breakfast lover I Absolutely would like you to try B Simple. It makes Prescott the place to be for good living. Good times
Very cute and cozy breakfast place with super nice employees. The pancakes were big and fluffy and tasted amazing. Their 'butter browns' (hash browns) were delicious and worked well with over medium eggs on top. Great place for breakfast!
We had a great time at B.Simple. The food was great and the portions were huge! The other reviews are spot on and the biscuits and gravy were phenomenal. The staff was all very upbeat and in a great mood. That really made the whole experience much better. Felt right at home for the duration of our meal. Don’t forget to try the fresh made jams; they are out of this world.
They simply seem to have a b in their bonnet about breakfast. Bon. (That means “well.” or “OK.”) Our breakfast was bon (that means “good”). My girlfriend had the “hash” (presumably referring to potatoes and not hashish). She asked them to hold the onions. They didn’t hold back, so she had to pick away the onions, so she wasn’t the happiest of campers, but she’s a trouper and didn’t complain. (Did you know that ‘trouper’ and ‘trooper’ are homophones, presumably not homophobes, but mean the same thing? Me neither.) I had the “Ken”. Probably shoulda asked about the Barbie, cuz Ken was a bit overbearing. Oh, it was delicious, just a crunch too much. The menu describing “Three eggs” should’ve tipped me off: “this is breakfast for two.” Anyway, as I said, it was delicious — I just should’ve asked if they had something half as much. I plowed through it, nonetheless. All in all, a positive dining experience.
Oh, I might add: the place is quite busy! It’s popular with the locals and for good reason. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait a few minutes to be seated — but it’s worth the weight. I mean wait.
Most amazing breakfast ever! Food & service. Biscuits(and gravy) , pancakes, huevos rancheros, corn beef hash, homemade jam, New Mexico chili! Yum!
Extremely Delicious Mexican-Style Breakfast!
I came in for the first time and had an old fashioned style of breakfast but took home a signature Mexican omelette. This place is a real gem downtown! I loved the food, the atmosphere felt so comfortable and I really enjoyed how kind everyone was. I highly recommend giving them a try. Not many places specialize in Mexican style breakfast, it's Soooo good!
This place if in Prescott, I would add to your list. Cute little diner or some would say Hole in the wall. The staff was wonderful. Bri makes fresh jam every morning. Their butter griddled biscuits were delicious. Fresh made hash browns which they call butter browns. Pricing was very reasonable. Portion sizes were filling. Only open Wed-Sunday 7am-1pm. Definitely will go again if ever back in Prescott.
