Came in on a Sunday for lunch and wow!! I got their brisket skillet special and it was amazing! Their brisket falls apart, is tender and juicy! You can tell love goes into making the food here because it tastes phenomenal. All the burgers were great and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be coming back and recommending it!!
Great food made fresh and homemade, including the buns, definitely worth trying! Took off 1 star for the following reasons:
-My husband thought the buns were too dense and need to be a little lighter and fluffier.
-The place looked really messy and unorganized- not dirty, just messy- boxes laying around and things like that. It just doesn’t give the best first impression.
Other than that, the food and service was great!!
Chef Jeff is very personable and truly wants everyone to have a good experience. The wait staff were all very kind and patient. BUT the food?!?!? Golly! That was delicious!!! I had the Ricotta Doughnuts a perfect size for a small meal. My son had the Pork Belly Pancakes. I had a bite and it is certainly delicious and deliciously fattening. The table next to us had the Cajun Skillet and Salmon Benedict. Both looked beautiful and we'll have those next visit.

Wifey and I heard much about this place, so we went to check it out.
We split the Bouvier Burger ????, with fries.
WOW.... WHAT A GREAT BURGER!
Prices are reasonable.
Atmosphere is quiet and enjoyable.
Service was phenomenal!
Stacy was out waitress, but I believe she was a fill in temp.
She was cheerful, smiley, and pleasant.
Jeff the chef really knows what he's doing when it comes to really bringing out great flavoring in his food.

From the front door, great service till the end; very sweet staff and down to earth chef. We ordered the pickled deviled eggs, the hunter, and the bouvier. I already thought the appetizer was delicious but this is probably the best burger in the area. You can tell they make their food from scratch so it is fresh! There’s a nice outdoor patio with tv and sometimes live music. Highly recommend!
Burgers are Brisket, Elk or Duck. Fresh made buns. The fries are good, as well as onion rings. It is clear by the decor, veteran parking, and menu items the owners are very patriotic and love America. Seating inside is tight, but there is seating outdoors if weather is good. Live band outside on the deck. Come early! Lines form outside. Highly recommended! We will be back.
Our first time eating at B-List Burgers, and the food was off the chain! We had the pickled-deviled eggs topped with oysters, a perfectly cooked medium-rare burger and a shrimp po'boy. We finished this amazing meal with the ricotta donuts with strawberry gastrique. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't been. It's worth the drive to Bella Vista, trust me, get in your car and go.
I’ve traveled and eaten in 19 states. I’ve had some of the best food in this country! But B-List is THE BEST burger of my life!! No freezer.. they home-make daily every bun, chip, fry and burger! The Blue Bayou is a cooking-art combo of Chef Jeff’s (left in pic) personal brisket recipe mixed with Italian sausage, & veggies & fixings to die for! Wow! What a mouth-watering blend! Best burger! Hands down!
