We had a caliper lock up on our motorhome and B&D took good care of us at a reasonable price and had us quickly back on the road the same evening. We highly recommend and appreciate them.

Had my check engine light come on and after a few days of driving it around in 3rd gear (limp mode) I finally brought it in. His scan showed up a failed throttle valve which ended up costing me $1300!! Yikes. I have the distinct feeling that the red Alabama dirt roads did that to me but who know, it's an older Honda Civic. He was very friendly about it all, sorry it cost so much, and the lady in the front was nice to talk to. I know I wasn't taken for a ride because when I got home to my local garage, he confirmed the cost and the need for it. So, not a fun experience exactly but I think he did right by me and was very caring about my car.

There were helpful and great especially given I was traveling through states they came to the rescue and fit me in and I was able to continue my out of state driving. Prices okay but given the time and situation.

Not happy with our experience at all!

This place is overpriced and unfair. We were told one price and when arrived payed much more than expecting!

Their front office lady was incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Bruce will let you drive a vehicle off the lot that is unsafe and illegal without addressing it with you!

Great experience! Our older RV suddenly lost acceleration and could barely make it to 20mph. We thought we had blown the head gasket. B&D Automotive was nearby so we had the RV towed there after hours. The next morning he had the problem figured out very quickly. He had it fixed faster than we were expecting. It turned out to be less of an issue than we'd feared. He only fixed what needed fixing, at a fair price and explained everything to us so we knew what was fixed and why. He gave us a list of other maintenance that will need that be addressed in the near future. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

We were traveling with our Tiny House on wheels and had slow leaks on two tires of the house.

Stopped by there, Bruce accepted to have a look and fix that right away.

His wife and him were really kind. They gave us some tips on places to visit in New Orleans as we were heading there. Gave us good tips on how to take care of our truck as well.

We are so thankful to have found that place.

The team at B&D has maintained both of my vehicles for more than 2 years. The work is done right the first time and they don’t waste my time or money. If I can get by without having something fixed right away, they tell me up front. That way I’m only fixing what is important. Having two older vehicles, their honesty has saved me money. I highly recommend B& D Auto in Robertsdale.

Very nice, honest people. Was traveling through with our RV. Developed an issue. Brian was quick to check it out and inform us of our delemma. He did what he could and we are back on the road. Highly recommend if your in that area and in need of help.
