Start to finish, a great experience. Professional, courteous, personable and timely. Everyone involved listened well and provided excellent care and feedback. Prescription was called in immediately and I was feeling better the next day, non-symptomatic in 3 days.
I had been pretty sick for about two weeks when I finally decided I needed help. I actually visited this Urgent Care twice in one week. On my initial visit I tested positive for RSV and received meds for it. I spilled the cough syrup I was given so my second visit was to get another prescription, as my cough was still keeping me awake.
The support staff was wonderful on both visits and the medical staff were knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. They also explained my diagnosis in terms I could understand.
Best part of both visits, I was in and out both times in less than an hour.
For the last several years I have had excellent service at Aztec Urgent Care, unfortunately that has changed. The front desk receptionist Stephanie was condescending and rude. Stephanie was unfamiliar with Military insurance coverage although she presented as "all knowing" causing a delay in care. The billing department in Durango and Aztec don't communicate well causing billing issues. It's too bad they hire front desk staff members that are unprofessional as I have never had any issues with their medical staff.
The staff were very friendly and the Dr. showed great concern and explained how my symptoms could get worse if I didn't apply heat/cold and get rest. I recommend if anyone is unable to get to their medical provider to go to Aztec urgent care.
I would say depends on the provider because John is awesome the Danielle lady she has very little knowledge and almost cost a life off of it
Excellent experience. Short wait. Everyone was kind and professional. The provider was thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this clinic.

They were quick and professional. Knowing they may not be able to do stitches on my baby there, the physicist stepped out to the foyer for a quick glimpse and let us know immediately that they couldn’t treat him there and we needed to go to the ER. She offered to call and inform them that we were coming. I appreciated them being upfront and quick-reducing the delay in needed care as much as possible.
