Best WLM Reviews
The staff genuinely cares about patients, which is rare these days. The owners and leadership must be actively involved in clinic operations, ensuring accountability within the team.
As a business owner myself I try to ensure every patron is treated with respect and professionalism; however, I’ve found there’s quite literally no way to make everyone happy. Negative reviews are a given and part of owning a growing business. I can’t imagine having to deal with reviews for that of medical care. I’m amazed they have any positive on here, must mean they are really good at what they do.
I highly recommend any of their clinics to family and friends for quality care. Having visited a couple of their locations over the years, I can attest to their strong ethics and integrity—qualities that are increasingly hard to find in healthcare. Keep up the good work, Axis! I will continue to visit for my medical needs.
The provider is great in the regard that they hear you out, they’re prompt at appointments and are super kind. Outside of getting an appointment, and being seen, getting anything else done is worse than pulling teeth. Prescriptions are never sent in when they’re supposed to be, they don’t call in on Friday, but if you try to get ahead of it by being seen on a Wednesday as you’re told to, it still doesn’t get done. The communication is absolutely AWFUL, if they tell you they’ll get back to you, DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH!!!! I’ve yet to receive communication or a response without having to call or text multiple, multiple times to get things done. They’ll blow you off on Friday and leave you hanging through the weekend with no regard to you, your care or medication. I’m still waiting on a prior authorization to be done from a prescription LAST month I ended up paying for out of pocket because they screwed it up and failed in communicating for 6 days from appointment to actually getting my prescription called in. This month we’re on day 3 since my appointment and once again no communication as to why my prescription wasn’t called in and I’ll have to wait through the weekend to then spend my time again Monday getting this office to do their job. Very frustrating and to be honest, unless it’s going to change, quickly, the apologies are empty at this point. An apology isn’t an apology without changed behavior. If you want to correct the issue, you’re going to have to put in the effort at this point, I’m not going to be reaching out to resolve it to be met with “we don’t have time right now” or any other excuses that only diminish the worth and value of your patients. Just because you don’t value those who pay you for your services, doesn’t mean they don’t value themselves. Why bother getting mental health care, the run around and inconsistencies make it SO much worse than it was before you started receiving care in the first place.
This was my first time at Axis and also my first time seeing a Nurse Practitioner as a primary care. I found the experience pleasant and efficient. The staff were very professional and the visit was handled in a very smooth and methodical manner. It was refreshing to see this level of customer service in the medical field. I was definitely impressed by Axis and plan to utilize their services exclusively moving forward.
I will tell everyone who ask to not go here. I will say when I first started coming here they were great and nice! Now when you call they’re rude. I went in a couple months back to get a referral, called 2 weeks later to check on it, IT WAS NEVER SENT OFF, they didn’t even have it in my chart. I should’ve switched then. Every time I came in after that, I would show up 5 minutes early and would still have to sit in the lobby 45 min plus but when you’re late they’ll call you 10 times (not kidding, they have done it to me) I will be finding a different provider.
I made an appointment for the day I called with someone new to me. I got some info. from her regarding a biopsy procedure.
I had a urine analysis, which turned out fine. Everyone was friendly and there was no wait time.
Dr Chorley is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had! I finally was diagnosed with EDS and all of my answers have been solved. However, the only complaint I have is that now for the second time in a row, I have waited over 2 hours to be seen. The walk ins need to not have priority over the appointments that were already made. I work all day at a doctors office, I understand wait times and getting behind. But not every day and the last thing I want to do is be at the doctors all day. It’s like I never left work. Please consider this to keep your patients! We appreciate you being thorough but there is a way to do it in a timely manner.
It is really convenient to text to schedule an appointment, all the staff and doctors are really personable and good at putting everything into layman's terms. I was able to get in and out really quickly plus most nurses are really good at phlebotomy so I barely felt the needles for everything. Definitely recommend!
I love going there. The staff is very pleasant. I see Betsy and I just love going to her. She listens to me about everything but also she prays with and for me. Thank you Betsy. Izzy is a sweetheart as well. I can’t remember names but they are all kind and sweet. Thank you all so much. Also who ever I always text gets right back with me. Very sweet. Thank you.
