Best WLM Reviews
really enjoyed my turkey club sandwich. italian wedding soup was also super yummy. greek salad was overpriced for what it was and the quality of the lettuce wasn’t great. everything was super expensive and my soup salad sandwich lunch cost me $40- definitely overpriced but it’s a ski town so i’m not shocked. overall i would go again but just stick with the sandwiches
Our favorite breakfast spot before hitting the slopes every morning!
Super cheap, extremely fresh products, prep time was fairly fast even when they were ultimately busy and we can't forget their homemade Banana Bread! Every morning I was purchasing a loaf to take as snack during skiing.
Employees were extremely helpful with their knowledge about the menu and we had plenty of options.
If you check in through Yelp; you get a free coffee or 50% off purchasing 2 loafs of bread after 3PM.
Fresh squeezed juices is a plus! Plenty of free parking, just be careful as in winter season it's very slippery!
But all in all,
Highly recommended!
Food is 5 star, service today was terrible. I was there today at 2:15pm to pick up up a sandwich from my favorite spot in the area. The young lady working cashier was very rude and clearly doesn’t like her job. We placed an order for pickup with Extra sauce. She didn’t give it to us. Not a problem. Mistakes happen. But when we asked her for the sauce she said “I don’t think you ordered that”….being that she was the one that took our order, she messed up and realized it. She asked for extra sauce and we waited 5 minutes for it. When she finally got it from the service counter, she through it in the counter with a disgusting demeanor. I told them thank you and to have a good day, and she didn’t even respond. Relax lady, you’re not in New York, people are supposed to be nice in Colorado. Also my Ruben was burnt, still tasted good but was not the best one I’ve had there. Also, $8.49 for two sodas is steeper than Birds of Prey
I got a sandwich that was on special and it was definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life. That goes for the key lime pie I had as well, and I’m picky about my key lime pie. This was the perfect spot for lunch after a day on the slopes!
Fantastic sandwiches and baked goods. From bagels to loaves of bread this place has it all. Specials sell out fast, call ahead or come early. Menu accommodating for most dietary needs.
Had the bagel with lox, which was good, but man were they stingy with all the ingredients. At $13.99 it was expensive! Literally just did a bagel tour of shops a week ago and other shops are in the $8-11 range. They were slow as all get out too, with no one else in the store. Just very underwhelming.
I’m not sure why this place has so many 5 star reviews. Maybe because there’s not many other options around. Maybe back in time, it was better but today was my first and last visit here.
I paid $9.74 for a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese. I got the thinnest piece of sausage and tiniest piece of egg on a giant piece of unimpressive bread. It was about 75% bread too. The fillings didn’t even cover the whole sandwich.
$10 for this?! I don’t mind paying good money for good quality food, but this is ridiculous.
Also we waited about 10 min apart between sandwiches, so I was finished eating this and my mother’s sandwich still hadn’t come out yet. The employees couldn’t seem to care less
I work as a cook here in the valley. I have for many years. Way back when this place opened, a restaurant I worked at ordered their bread, brioche, hoagie rolls, etc from avon bakery. And they were good.
Years pass, and the bakery items are not good. The quality is awful, and the price only goes up.
2 restaurants I worked at have switched back to sysco breads.
Reading the reviews about the food here, it seems like a trend. It used to be good. Now it isn't. SAD.
But I suggest you don't waste your money here.
