Excellent service. Super friendly, knowledgable & most importantly HONEST staff. The only place I trust to send my friends and family.
Return my car twice both times still messed up charged me $400 in parts then $2600 for labor for simple stuff. The also kept leading me on for 6 months. I finally told them to put it together and return it. Took them to weeks and it now looks like a junk car. Needs detailed and found my $1000 worth of damage done by the tech nuder the hood . Also ruined my k&n filter and airbox. The list goes on

Had an engine light on in my car asked them to find out what was causing it, they ran some 26 point inspection 90% of which had nothing to do with the engine light, just garbage like my front left shock was worn???.
The engine light was for a too lean bank one and two simple not the other twenty things they charged me for.
Finally took my car back with almost $200.00 bill for nothing. In the end they wanted almost $1000.00 to replace a fuel pump and filter, these parts can be found anywhere for under $100.00
The ford dealership quoted less???
Don't waist your time. Giant rip off.
P.S. it wasn't the fuel pump, it was a fuel pressure switch. (Under $25.00)
In my way back to Canada, towing my travel trailer, I had to stop at this shop to service my Navigator. They did it right and fast. Excellent service.
I moved from out of state and I was looking for a mechanic to run diagnostics on my car after driving it for close to 800miles from state to state in less than a week and noticing it acting up on me. I stopped by hoping they would take care of my car. They had my car for about 3days while they looked at it, I finally had to ask for it back regardless of what they would find, and in the end they tell me nothing was wrong.
Went to one of the Sierra Car Care MST Tire Center branches on 1101 California Ave at 9am on a Friday, and they just made me feel so well taken care of. The mechanics at Sierra all came into the lobby one at a time to assure me they'd help my car. At Sierra Car Care they had the VTEC part ordered and delivered during the day, the required oil change was done after part replacement, and brakes were changed by the end of the day that Friday. My car was ready around 4:00pm on Friday and throughout the day they would call me or send a text with an update.
I just didn't feel like Avila's auto shop mechanics were reliable. I as a girl felt used. Just like other reviews on here, I kept having to chase them for answers on status updates for my car. And $127.87 for diagnostics later I was told nothing was wrong with me car, when at Sierra less than 4hours later I was getting a call from the manager telling me there was a leak in the VTEC part that needed replacing with it's required oil change for flushing, and that my brakes were also in need of replacing.
Very thorough very knowledgeable very helpful. A bit pricey but sometimes you have to pay more for good quality work. Thank you for the help with my car. If anything else goes wrong we will be coming back to you I'm glad I found a mechanic finally who is trustworthy and not just trying to rip me off because I'm a girl
