I don’t usually leave reviews but I just have to say that this place is so so wonderful. I arrived for emission testing and somehow locked my keys in my car!! It was one of those things that I couldn’t even tell you or explain how it happened as I’m always so careful, but I just had to laugh at myself because *how* could I do that?? ???? Anyway, I went inside and explained my problem and the man who helped me, Andrew, was one of the absolute hands down kindest individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. He was so understanding and kind, so considerate and willing to help. A family member that lives extremely close by ended up coming over with a spare key, but Andrew was ready and willing to help me unlock my door. I was so embarrassed but he was literally THE most friendly person. If you’re considering doing business here, I absolutely recommend it. Again, it’s not often that I leave reviews, but given the circumstances, I had the best experience here and was blown away by the kindness alone. Kindness is so valuable, especially these days!

Every mechanic in town does good work, but none of the others offer such excellent customer service . Your business is genuinely appreciated here & you won't regret trusting them with your vehicle, I'll definitely be back!

Andy's shop was and is a true hidden gem. Tucked away in the cozy wooded lot at the front of the business park is where you'll find the best darn auto repair shop I've ever found. Remember to leave a message because he's likely working on a car... Maybe even your car. IYKYK

Honest, educated, experienced, pleasant are the best descriptors of everyone at Automotive Solutions. Have never had the pleasure of dealing with a mechanic who has such genuine integrity. (and I've been driving for 50 years). Met Andy when I went for the state required emissions test several years ago. Since then I have not and will not go anywhere else with my vehicles. A dealer's mechanic told me I needed an expensive ($1,000+) repair immediately. Went to Andy for a second opinion. He suggested another option would be to keep an eye on the very slow leaking gasket rather than doing the whole part replacement (which, if need be, he can do for a couple hundred dollars less). Five years later - topping off when the oil is changed - all is fine!

Andrew was great to work with and got my vehicle done quicker than expected. Price was very fair as well!
