Always an awesome place. Unfortunately, the owner passed and the gentleman that was going to run it wasn't in very good health either. Just went by today and it's up for auction. Sad to see it go.
The best place ever. It's a shame they had to close because they planned on bringing them a lot more business. I needed them with working on farm tractors
They were the only place that could get my RV back on the road. No auto part co could match it up with anything. AE was able to rebuild mine and get us to our family in time for Thanksgiving. Lucky for us, we were able to make it to Akron, or we would still be on the side of the road. My family have been taking things here for years, and they have never let us down. It's probably the only company I'll miss now that we are living in NC.
Excellent experience. An old school alternator, starter and carburetor repair shop in the grand tradition of the skilled trades. When you call, you get a real person right away, no fancy waiting rooms, just get the work done and send you on your way. Highly recommended.

Great place for automobile alternator and starter parts
Fantastic shop, the gentleman that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It turns out the parts in question were functioning fine after he tested them for me. I was able to fix my problem with little cost and his advice. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs the kind of work they do. 5 stars for sure.
