An Automedic driver took my mom to her optometrist appointment and never picked her up. Left her sitting there for almost 3 hours. She just had cornea replacement so was almost completely blind and unable to even use her phone. The driver left no contact info, so she had no idea, who to call. Thankfully I called her to see how her appointment went and she was able to let me know to come get her. Incredibly poor service, borderline elder abuse.
It was what I needed to be picked up from my endoscopy procedure - surgery center won't take uber or lyft, but this will work for them. It worked out and I liked that the people who picked me up came in to get me in case I needed any help. Only thing we can improve is timing - surgery center was trying to rush me out (typical) and kept asking where my ride was, and I was calling and received a time-frame of 20-30 mins. It was closer to 40 mins and hospital staff eventually escorted me out to some waiting area for pickup, but they aren't that far away from the surgery center so not sure what took so long. Other than that, it worked for what I needed and I would use again.
The drivers are nice but this company has bad organization and terrible reliability. I've tried for years to want to like them, due to making friends with the drivers, but it seems they only care when they see you face to face. My dad has been late many times, not picked up several times and we're just 5 miles away from the facility and today was just the last straw. I urge you to look elsewhere as time and time again this company has failed me.
Worst transportation place in the world I've ever dealt with they've never on time to pick you up to take you anywhere going or coming. Most of their drivers have been very nice but their accountability for time I'm telling you is terrible
Never used this service but I did just witness a driver almost run down a nurse in a crosswalk near the hospital in Loma Linda. Pretty sure the driver was on their phone. They were constantly looking down towards their lap the whole time I was driving behind them.
Your drivers need to learn how to drive. Driver #59 drove very dangerously around Riverside.

UNPROFFESSIONAL THEY LIE AND LIE ABOUT PICKING UP THE PATIENT AND 2 HRS LATER PATIENTS ARE STILL WAITING .
