So far, so good. I've been in twice with my car this year. Pricing has been fair, service and scheduling is easy, and I enjoy chatting with the service writer while I'm there. Give them a try!
Got my car inspected and had to get new tie rods and alignment. Got a great estimate and they got the work done really fast. Went to pick it up and it ended up costing 100$ LESS than my estimate! I am so happy and will definitely be going back for anything my car needs!
I have been going to Auto Trends for several years and never been disappointed. The primary reason I like them so much is that they have always been competent, reasonably priced and are willing to let me know if they can not do what I want. I wanted to put in some non standard cats and they advised me what local vendor specialized in that sort of thing. I understand that no auto repair shop can please everyone all the time but Auto Trends has always pleased me.
The now owner Jon has been the head mechanic there for many years. He is experienced, fair and trust worthy! Don't hesitate to take your vehicle there it will be in good hands! The service options range from oil changes to motor jobs, head gaskets, alignments, diagnostics, state inspections and so on! Marion at the front desk is friendly also very knowledgeable and can easily communicate with the technicians about your vehicles issues to keep the customer informed and get parts efficiently!
Do not go to this car shop. They will improperly fix your things and send you home with a car that isn’t street safe or legal. Your wheels will fall off because they neglect to tighten Lug nuts. They are a danger to everyone on the road and should be avoided at all costs
I bought a CRV from Fred and Betsy and had an issue with a distortion in the windshield. I didn't notice it as I'm tall but for my wife it lined right up with her view. Not good. I called Fred and he said he hadn't noticed it before it was sold. I dropped by and showed it to Betsy. She said she would handle it and two days later I had a new windshield. She explained it shouldn't have been sold that way and there was no charge. Very much appreciated and good to know there is still a small town sensibility to their business. My only thought would be the showroom and office could use an update but I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.
