Customers Service was great . However. the person I needed to speak with was initially unavailable. But I did receive an immediate call back. Provided info for vehicle. Quote was provided by phone and text with 30 minutes. Awesome! like Customer Service. Will use for future service.

Took me for a $1500 ride. Brought my 64 El Camino in because it wouldn't idle right. They said the problem was the fuel pumps location. Too far from the tank. Also my starter was having issues they said they replaced it. Picked up the car still wouldn't idle right and the starter still has issues. When I asked about it they said bring it back it must be a wiring issue. My dad's friend came over and adjusted the distributor cap and now it runs fine. I'll just change the starter myself. Thanks for nothing.
Be EXTREMELY careful if you see a For Sale sign on a vehicle in this shop. Tom, the shop owner, will tell you all is great just to make the sale. It turned out to be a $16k leason for me on a $4k car. Due your due diligence and DO NOT take Toms word, as I did, get your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle before you pay if you truly want to buy it. Because of small business owners like Tom is why humanity has lost trust in other people. LIER and DISHONEST!
Tom is the best! Always takes his time and makes me feel confident that I am safe driving my lemon of a mobility van which has never worked worth a damn since I bought it! Even though they are NOT authorized service providers for my van they have done more to get to the bottom of my issues than anyone else and charge me far less. I love them so much and tell everyone I know about them!! My mom, who has since moved out of state, clued me into them. So sad that I too will be moving soon and hopefully will be lucky enough to find a new and trustworthy mechanic in PA ☹️️
Went in person knowing I was there Tom stood on the phone 15 minutes talking to a friend. I go in to pay and my cars parked down the street my driver's side window Is down, they broke my window. Tom said that's what I get for having an older car.
I go in the next day to ask for a white copy instead of the yellow and Tom's face got as red as an apple. So I'm mad about them breaking my window and he's mad about me asking for a WHITE COPY...Tom and his brother SERIOUSLY NEED THE LORD..
Then Tom says, don't bring your car here anymore. I was like NO PROBLEM MY HONOR..Becareful at your own risk you don't want a ???? demon to jump in you.
We are both old school. You won't find a more dedicated and conscientious mechanic anywhere. He and his crew fixed my auto so well I can't believe it Despite being from out of town, he took care of my car like it was his own. If he wants to relocate I hope he move to my town, I just can not find anyone like him there.
