What an experience I had at this workshop which I was not expecting at all from a mechanic or car repair shop. I have a 2008 lexus rx400h with almost 349,500 miles and a hybrid vehicle . I drive for a living and this is my only vehicle so I needed my vehicle fixed. Nobody in the valley is comfortable working with hybrids unless I go to dealership, which I can't afford, specially on such an old car and almost 350,000 miles . Rudy showed up at my door with his computer to diagnose my vehicle . I have never had that happen ,he gave me comfort and I was able to trust him . Then he kept his word and called me promptly . He quoted me 1800 dollars and it ended up being 1500 dollars .
World class customer service I should say , he dropped my vehicle and gave me the key and reports ran . I had to go to bank before I can pay him . He trusted me to pay him the next day ,unheard of .I have lived in the valley and I was not expecting this kind of service. Rudy you are not only a brilliant mechanic you are also a very good human . I would recommend him hands down without a doubt. THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD ???? LEFT.

If I could give no stars I would… Brought my BMW in for a simple ignition coil swap and the guys said they had to order the parts & it would take a week. I’m like okay cool, they charged me $100 as a deposit that they said would be deducted from the total costs after the parts were installed.
TELL ME WHY I try to bring my car in the following week and they’re all giving me the run around saying they’re swamped with work and don’t have time (after I’ve already come out of pocket for the repair). So the calling back and forth lasts 3 days and I am finally able to bring my vehicle in…
I get to the shop and remind them that I’m the guy with the BMW coupe that needs coils replaced and one mechanic went in the back to get the parts. 10 mins later another walks up and tells me some weak sob story about how there was a misunderstanding and they actually never ordered my coils EVEN THOUGH the owner gave me his word that they did
At this point I’m annoyed because they’ve wasted my time. So (in so many words) I tell them they’re terrible at doing business and leave. Long story short I’m surprised this shop is even in business when they clearly have no idea what they’re doing.

The owner and staff are very knowledgeable. The environment was clean and they provide quality work at very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back for any auto repair needs!
I can't say enough outstanding service! I had a problem on my 2015 Volkswagen Golf and the owner just said drop by and I'll take a look, he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes, and told me no charge just come back when I needed help.
I did give him $20 , felt it was a bargain. The agency would have charged me at least $50 or told me it was a different problem and charged me $250
They have definitely earned my business and I will be back!
$2,700 to change a solenoid and oil trans. Don’t get me wrong, very respectable business but the price is outrageous. I spend $500 on parts and all I did was watch a YouTube video on how to service the trans and boom all done my friend. 4hrs and all done car works fine. All am saying is why pay an outrageous amount when you can DIY.
Rudy takes good care of his customers and provides excellent service for issues that I've always brought to his shop. His crew is very knowledgeable about electrical issues many can not resolve.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. They will be my go to auto shop from now on.
