Lou and his team are fast, matter-of-fact, and fair. They knew immediately what the problem was after I explained the work I had done on the vehicle and the remaining sluggish performance problems the vehicle had. Mark, the auto technician, showed me the parts that were replaced and explained why they were no longer working. I really appreciated their thoroughness and I highly recommend Auto Shop.
My family has been working with the team at Auto Shop for years now. It gives me peace of mind to know after moving to New York I can send my mom to a business that will do honest work at a fair price. I appreciate that Louis always calls to let me know what could be fixed, what should be fixed, and what must be fixed. He has a knack for breaking down his diagnosis in a way that is easy for even a non-enthusiast to understand. I look forward to our continued business. After searching and dealing with so many horrible mechanics, overpaying, and having to leave my car to get worked on for days on end (everyone knows the feeling), I have finally found someone I can trust at AutoShop Roswell. Louis went above and beyond to help me understand my car and make a plan to help me keep it at its best. He charges SO FAIRLY and gives you an idea on both timing and price before he begins.
JUST GO ALREADY!! This is the place you've been looking for. =)
We have taken our cars to Lou for years and been very happy, and I am in the automotive aftermarket industry and have seen my share of both good and bad shops. 3 years ago I was helping my son buy an old F150, had 238K on it and Lou checked it for us, blessed it, and it ended up being a great vehicle that was sold to a family friend. I recently moved out of state to a snowy area and didn't feel comfortable when it came time to get another older high mileage vehicle from my new area due to rust created from the weather and salt. We decided to search used cars around Lou's shop to have sent to him to get checked out. Because of his review and recommendation of an old Acura RL we bought a car sight unseen by us, then flew down and drove it north. This shop is trustworthy enough to rely upon them and their expertise buying a vehicle from out of state, and I highly recommend them for your regular automotive needs.
Wow! I was referred to Louis and Auto Shop by a 15 year customer of his and will now be sharing my story with anyone in need of a Refreshingly Honest Mechanic. These guys are Professional, Transpanrent, Efficient, and are even Super Nice Folks. I would drive many extra miles just to get to this shop. 10 STARS!!!
We've been using a shop in north Alpharetta (Christian Bros. -- they're great BTW!) but recently decided to find one closer to our home in Roswell. We took my wife's Chrysler 300M here to get the A/C looked at, and I think we've found our new car shop! The owner, Louis, seems like a stand-up guy and did a great job getting our vehicle fixed. He also mentioned that the brake pads were getting a bit low, but when I opted to wait to replace them, he didn't try to push the issue at all. We'll definitely go back here for any car trouble we have in the future.
Note to any other first-time customers: Auto Shop is a little tricky to find, since you can't see it from the main road. Turn in just before the pink dance school on the left, and head back until you find the metal buildings which house Auto Shop as well as a few other auto-related companies.
There isn’t a better mechanic in town. Lou is beyond honest and he charges the most fair prices. I wish every Auto Shop/Mechanic could be as trustworthy as he and his team are!
Our whole office uses Auto Shop for all of our repairs. Lou is honest and extremely reliable and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough great things about the Auto Shop!
