have had 2 vehicles painted here over the years, one is the white bmw in the pics on this page and the other was my ram a few months ago after getting side swiped. both times paint and body work were great. they also do towing and can pick up your vehicle for you and deliver it back which is really helpful
I was referred to Auto Shack and it turned into a disaster! I had purchased an alternator for my car that I needed installed. The mechanic told me my problem was a fuel pump. I purchased the fuel pump and it failed. I purchased another fuel pump and sender at $600 and there was still a problem. They couldn't get the car to start and they said I needed to buy a certain part and the car would start. I purchased the the part at $100. They installed it and the car didn't start.
The mechanic was supposedly a BMW trained technician but it was not evident. I ended up going back to Auto Shack with a tow truck because this guy had proved he didn't know what he was doing. I spent more than $2000 dealing with them and it was the most horrible experience I ever had with an auto repair shop. The mechanic stated he didn't want to install the alternator because it was too involved and he didn't want to do it.
My advice is run don't walk from Auto Shack!!!!

They came and towed my car in the middle of the night, repaired my vehicle after checking the prices with me first and returned my vehicle to me. Completely hassle free! They also have a financing program that really helped me out during back to school time. That what Auto Shack did for me, so they rock in my book!!!!!
Best I ever been too. The people honestly care about fixing your car or truck! Willing to work with you on paying for the expense when they don't even have too. Most definitely coming back????.
They didn't fix my car. Same exact problem happened when they gave it back. I got a dent in my vehicle and I didn't give it to them that way. Go to them if you want but they wont see anymore of my money!!
