John is honest and does very thorough work. I have an old toyota t100 truck which he has been working with over the last few months. Unlike some mechanics in the springs he can deal with a little east coast rust when necessary. I appreciate that he takes the time to walk through his process and describe the work that needs doing/has been done. Very clean shop and personal service.
Been bringing my cars and trucks for years. John is the cleanest mechanic you will ever meet. Period. Tells it to you straight. Does the work right the first time and in a timely manner. He is the only mechanic I will trust with my vehicles and he treats my wife with respect unlike other places. Go here if you want a mechanic you can trust
Auto Pro worked on the rear brakes on my 2007 Dodge Dakota, because they were making noises, even though the Dodge dealership replaced my brakes less than 1 year ago and found nothing wrong when I brought it back twice because the brakes did not seem right. I thought the parking brakes was too weak when I got it back from Auto Pro. Called John and he had me bring it back. Parking brake is great now and the brakes as good or better than ever. No charge for the return visit. Wish Auto Pro had done the work a year ago instead of the dealership!
Auto Pro worked on the brakes on our Subaru and also diagnosed and resolved the battery issue on our Dodge truck. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
My 1998 Jeep Cherokee had an electrical problem I could not figure out. John nailed it to a pesky squirrel that chewed through a wire bundle. Repair completed without a hitch. Awesome trouble shooter.
John is an honest guy, doesn't charge more than necessary and shoots you straight. Would definitely recommend to others.
Having worked as an auto mechanic in the past, I could not and would not recommend this shop. Priced very high and they do not stand behind any of the work they do.
