Called to get a quote.. took no time to get fixed. Appointment was at 8am I got there early they had it done in 30mins. Would recommend to anyone! (I hit a huge Goose)
I called and they put a new windshield on the same day. I waited for 30 minutes in their waiting room and they even transferred my parking stickers to the new windshield without me asking. They have pretty much any windshield available. The owner is the nicest guy and is very personable. He charged less than every other shop I called, along with having the windshield in stock. The quality was perfect. The trim and lane assist sensor look amazing. The quality of work makes it look like the factory windshield. I will live and die by this windshield shop. Also wiped down everything which made my car smell like it was just detailed. Very happy I called.
High quality and speedy service! When I called for the quote, the business owner kindly gave me the appointment immediately with a very competitive and transparent quote. The whole replacement of windshield took only 20 minutes and now my car glass looks brand new again. The shop is truly a gem in Fort Smith. Highly recommended.
Mr. Lee and his staff are awesome!!!! They got my windshield changed on 20 minutes. He's a very nice man. And he's very friendly. They did a very good job and he stands by his work.
Lee was amazing. My windshield was busted out yesterday (Thursday) at about 3pm. After some calling around it was looking like it would cost at least $300 and we wouldn't be able to get it replaced until Monday. I have to drive to work on the weekends so that was gonna be a not good time. A place in poteau recommended Auto Glass connection so I gave him a call. He said he would have the windshield in by tomorrow morning at 7:30 and he would take care of it. So that was good news. Then when I asked how much I was astounded when he quoted me $175. I said theirs no way. But thought what the heck. So I met him this morning. I arrived early (about 7:10am) and he was in his office ready to work. Google said he wasn't open till 8am. I gave him the key and he said have a seat and I'll take care of it. And guess what. He did. I highly recommend Mr. Lee. Great customer service. My windshield wasn't even broken for more than 24 hours. Fast and affordable and quality. He told me to come back if I have any issues and waved the sales tax. This guy gets it.
I wanted to wait a while before I gave a review to see how my window held up. It’s been probably over a month now since it’s been replaced and I have not had any problems. No whistles, leaks, or cracks. The owner was extremely nice and reasonable. He allowed me to check the satisfaction of the window after the installation before paying. He offered a lifetime replacement warranty for any leaks and a limited warranty for stress cracks. I’d recommend him any day before I send you to Safelite or big company. Expect to pay double at those other places. These guys even moved my oil sticker from my old windshield to my new one!
