Of course I know it's not possible to leave no stars so I'm forced to give atleast one! This absolutely positively has to be the worst Shop I've ever encountered in my entire life!!! Period.Point.Blank!!! They play games, lie and steal people money! But I can only be mad at myself for ignoring my first mind by not taking my car somewhere else! And not only is my car doing the exact same thing it was doing before I took it to this debacle of a so called business, but they also caused tire damage and other scrapes & knick-damages to my vehicle! And just think, I was a fool 3 times in a row for taking my car to these people!
Will not trust him ever again, forgot to torque bolts and left bolt off my exhaust and every time I told him about it he ignoredme , put silicone on my oil pan instead of the gasket I paid for . He could be a great mechanic if he didn't rush jobs and be honest.
I've been taking my vehicles to them for over 15 years. Gets to me quick for a reasonable price.
STAY AWAY! They have some positive reviews but I don’t know how. Not an honest place to do business. I waited nearly 3.5 hours while they ate lunch and watched a soccer game . After I asked about my brakes, they got the job done in 15min. Overcharged me and didn’t need rotors on the front as they were just replaced. Nothing was torqued or done right. Very upset with what happened. Got a bill for nearly 500$ when it should have cost less than 200$.
The entire staff where absolutely awesome!!! Explained everything that was going on and treated me with the upmost respect they definitely appreciate their customer's I will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.
Don't trust this place. He told me he put a used transmission in . This photo is a week old from having an oil change the guy at a different shop told me that the transmission had not been removed but the transfer case looked brand new. Billed me 1500 for a used transmission. Paid him 100 more because he had to go to Dallas to get it done on time as he promised.
I was at my sister's place, about 6 hours away from home. They took in my car & had it ready in less than 4 hours. I was kept up to date about the status of my vehicle. Thank goodness for Auto Doc. I was able to make it home the next day, thanks to them. Other places wouldn't even look at my vehicle for two days. Thanks to everyone who works at Auto Doc.
My truck died in the parking lot of Tidwell tire today and I was unable to get it started again. I walked over and spoke to Omar and he came right out and ran diagnostics on my truck. Ended up requiring a fuel filter replacement. Omar and team took great care of me and got the replacement completed today. Thank you, Omar!
They were friendly and professional and I’d happily recommend them.
