Every experience I've had in this hospital has been great, well staff to my knowledge. They treated my grandma the best they could till the end. Couldn't have asked for anything better from the nurse/doctors/aids all in part made a great effort here.

This is one of the more beautiful hospitals I have been in, and I’ve been in a lot! They are redoing the outside but inside it’s gorgeous. The lobby is spacious with water features. Rooms are large. They have good care to my friend.

Had rotator cuff surgery today & being what it was.......a great experience considering. Dr Mungo (surgeon), Dr Briggs (anesthesia), & nursing staff: Becky, Josh, & the others whose names I didn't get were ALL absolutely amazing. Had right arm done twice over last 2 years.......so hoping for a good recovery.

The actual hospital part is pretty good. The Emergency room is absolutely terrible tho. You might as well drive to the next closest hospital. I was in there for about 6 hours and nobody ever even checked on me the whole time. I was in agony. I could hear the nurses being rude to an older patient who was crying out in pain. It was one of the worse nights of my life. I'll never forget it. Eventually I came to the realization that I was on my own. I was basically just like "if I'm gonna suffer, I'll suffer at home". So I got up and left. They still sent me the bill though. Couldn't believe it. They didn't do anything. Nobody ever seen me at all, or even checked on me, but I still got a bill for $500. Anyone who lives in this city knows how terrible that emergency room is Someone should really do something about it, or the people of this city should start a petition. Hospitals charge way too much money to treat you like garbage.

I went to the ER on March 29th about some lower back and leg pain. I signed in and went to the waiting room, not 10 minutes later I felt like I was going to pass out. So I went up to the window to let them know I wasn't feeling to great. I ended up needing to lay on the ground because I lost the energy to keep my head up. They got a wheel chair for me but the lady at the desk said "faking like you're going to pass out is not going to get you in faster." I wasn't even trying to rush them to get me seen I just didn't wanna passout without someone noticing incase something happens. She was very unprofessional and should not work with the general public.

Honestly, I am not sure why it's so hard to turn off the beeping to the infusion machine. My husband's fluids ran out about 20 minutes ago. I don't know if these people know how to use ears, but it's pretty ridiculous if you ask me. He also passed out in the waiting room and the staff still made him get up on his own with no help. No excuse for this poor service.

I called to check on my mom because I got a notification she had left work early so I looked at her location and I showed she was at the hospital, so I called the ER and they had told me my mom has not been checked in or seen but when my grandma called a few minutes later they had told her that my mom was was roomed and took the phone back to talk to her. I was very disappointed in this because she had been there for 2 hours before I had called and they proceeded to tell me my mother was not there.

I was here a few months back and had 2 xrays done. Then they sent me a letter AFTER the day the bill was due. That I owed 1500 for a ER visit even though I told them I have buckeye. Called my insurance and they were billed for it. Now I have radiology associates of canton texting me non stop saying i owe 160, anytime I call them get someone that speaks almost no English
