I wish I could give this place zero stars. The ticket seller in the Augusta location was very rude to me. I was going to Atlanta from Augusta. Other than that the ride was pretty decent. I catch the bus almost every week . The customer service within the inside is very horrible. The bus drivers are very kind though. The was actually comfortable, considering the price of the ticket.
Horrible... when I got to the bus station in NC @ 12:20 I asked the personnel what time my bus would arrive and leaves. Now get this she looks @ my ticket for arrival and for my destination, still talking to other people she say 12:45 . So I ask again; but get this my bus (the bus I was suppose to get on) was on the platform, and I got left. Then I had to pay $20 for them to reprint a new ticket for me getting left; but it leave out this morning @ 4:30 a.m. unfortunately this was made to be my fault and it truly wasn't if I asked you several of times. Then the say thing happened again this morning only difference is there attitude were way nastier and even the security guard brushed me off, but I didn't stop until I got answer I needed. I am on my bus now and while talking to other people I found they have been treated the same way. It's disgusting really.
I'm beyond disappointed with this business. My husband bought a ticket for his daughter( who he has not seen in 20 years) and her husband, the bus was late and caused them to miss the connecting bus in Atlanta. When they tried to get another bus scheduled corporate said they had seats available but the people over the counter said they didn't. They came at 9:30am and were given a ticket to go back home (not the desired destination by far ) they had to wait until 7:00pm just to be taken back! We haven't heard back concerning a refund. But much more should be done to make up for this terrible service.
This place is very poorly kept, inside and out. Desperately needs cleaning, disenfecting and general upkeep. If I didn't have to, I would NEVER go there again. The ticket seller is the ONLY reason for the two star rating. Very patient and funny guy.
This is THE WORST bus station ive ever been to in my life. So unorganized. I went in at 11:45a.m. and was supposed to wait 5 hours for my next bus, fine but when waiting 16-18 hours and leaving at 6:18p.m. is beyond belief. A WHOLE DAY. Waiting for the bus that was only supposed to take 5 hours with a delay so maybe 8 at the most.
The bus never showed. We called and they said it was running behind and would be there in 20 minutes. We called back 20 minutes later when the bus never came and the gentleman said the bus was on its way to Atlanta it had already made it stopping in Augusta. The bus never came to the stop., and all the gentleman could tell me was that I should file a complaint. SMH
Buses have comfortable seats with a bar and you can rest your feet on plug in for your phone or other devices free Wi-Fi and you can control the air above your seats loved it when me and my wife were traveling
Terrible. My bus driver was a total jerk. Didn't seem to like his job much at all. Very much like being in jail, but on wheels with a meaner CO. The seats where comfortable though.
