This company needs to be shut down immediately. I just missed a job interview thanks to this company. I called 1 hour and 30 minutes early. The guy (who sounded half asleep) told me a cab would be there in about 10-15 minutes. After about 30 minutes i started to get worried. When i called nobody answered. I called about 10 more times over about 20 minutes and still no answer. Thanks to these people i had to cancel my job interview. They could of at least called to tell me the Taxi wasn't coming so i could call another Taxi. I'm going to see who i can talk to about this company's poor service. They need to be shut down.
Called at 9:03 to schedule a pick up at 9:45. I called them at 9:50 asking if a taxi was coming, and told that one would be there in 5-7 mins. Ten minutes later a man called asking my zip code, you should know that this taxi company is within walking distance to my home. The taxi finally arrived at 10:15 and charged a flat rate upon discovering that I wasn't go that far. Do not use this service unless you have all day to wait and hope they'll show up.
I was harassed by one of there drivers 2 times in the same day and it was on my Dash Cam!! I had to call the police On the guy cause he was interfering with my business!! Cab number 0247 plate number TX4480 this is absurd . I’m the Owner of Vics All Purpose Transportation which is a private Shuttle/Taxi Service throughout the Downtown Atlanta area. If you want better service call me!
I got ripped off by the driver. He never set the meter going an after a 7 minute ride, said I owed $17.00. I questioned why the meter was never truned on. He said he just gives flat fare rides. I said no way I'm paying him $18.00 as I had the exact same ride the previous day for $8.50
He said ok sorry, I will charge you $8.50 too. I give him my credit card and he hands me the pad to confirm and add tip, here he had typed in $80.06 for the fare. Again I called him out and he again apologized and said he would just cancel the transaction altogether and to just get out of the car and he won't charge me at all. ( I told him he should t0 to work and earn an honest living and not try to rip people off)
So today I checked my American Express and sure enough, there is a charge from this taxi company for $80.06.
SO now iI have to fight and try to get my money back. Luckily I took pictures of the driver and inside the car at when I realized this guy was trying to rip me off so hopefully I can this crook off the streets!

Shockingly poor service. Booked a cab to take us from Atlanta state stadium following our cousins graduation today. Booking made for 4 adults and one baby. Waited at the taxi pick up area 30 mins for the taxi to arrive - cab number 0432. Driver arrived so I hailed him but after muttering something unintelligible to me he decided not to pick us up and just drove off.
Southern hospitality?
We flew from England for this event and 1 rude imbecile attempted to ruin our day.
Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating I can give.

Disgusting behaviour.
The worst cab ride ever. Unbelievably bad. The driver was at the Mariott Marquis. We told him where we needed to go (approx) 2 miles. He didn't know where it was and as we were from out of town, we could only give him general directions. He started heading in the general direction without a GPS, and while he spoke English, he mumbled inaudibly. It didn't take long for him to get close to our location, when he stopped and mumbled to I think, ask us where to go next. At this point, he has yet to turn on his meter. We turned on our phone to give him directions and then he finally turned on his phone and he still couldn't figure the out where to go. Finally we directed him to our destination and somehow he came up with a charge. And still hadn't turned on the meter. What a joke!
I reserved a cab last night and provided all of the details needed for a 6:30 am pick up. As of this moment I have received three calls from 3 different drivers, none of which had the details of my request. So far they are 30 minutes late, the dispatcher constantly gets information I provided mixed up, the don't know where I am, they don't know where I'm going...I have provided these details 5 times! One driver called and was flat out rude when I told him I was paying with credit card. I don't even have the energy to explain how unprofessional, rude, and incompetent these folks were. JUST SAY NO. Stay FAR AWAY from this place!!!!!!!!!
If I could rate zero stars I would... WORST experience EVER!! I called for a cab about 830p and was told it would be about 10-15 mins, no problem. I waited for about 30 mins then called again and was told they should be here soon, however after 10 mins they still didn't show up even though I told him it was raining outside. So I called an uber and never got a call back from them after they took over an hour for a 10 min ETA. Save your time call an uber or lyft.
