I cancelled my car service and was promised a refund. After calling every week for over a month and never getting any money back I disputed the charges. My credit card company declined my dispute because ATL Car Services sent the credit card company a FORGED email from me to them stating that I did use their service. To add insult to injury the time stamp on the forged email review is two days BEFORE I even booked the service. Not only did they forge an email and send it to my credit card company, it's a poor forgery. This is worse than not refunding customers, this is FRAUD. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. Ray and Kim (?) have no clue what is going on and they transfer you over and over to avoid taking any responsibility. They charged me twice and are refusing to refund the money for 7 days now.

This is an absolute scam. Do NOT use this service.

They took my reservation and my money, then on the day of (literally a few hours before the event) they said they didn't have the limo I reserved available. They tried to pawn me off on a Chevy Suburban and then they said they could get a limo but almost 2 hours AFTER the time I needed it (as if they didn't know what time we had agreed to in the first place).

I canceled and they said they would refund my money but it's been almost 3 weeks and they haven't yet. They have told me they would 4 different times on the phone but have blown me off without doing anything. I have opened a fraud claim with American Express.

Do NOT use this service. Don't be fooled like I was.

I ordered and paid for a white Rolls Royce for my sons getaway car for his wedding November 7, 2021. I paid 1315.00 in April of 2021 to reserve the car. I received a contract and a photo of the Rolls Royce. I communicated with them as well as our wedding coordinator the destination was from Dunaway Gardens to Acworth, GA. I rented the Rolls for 4 hours, so the final destination did not matter. The evening of the wedding, instead of sending a Rolls Royce, they sent a dirty Cadillac SUV, with a non English speaking driver who did not have the final destination. I asked the driver where the Rolls was and he said Call my boss, call my boss. Then he jumped in the car and rolled up the window. He did not even open the door for the bride and groom. What a horror!!

I am now fighting to get my 1315.00 back from this company. I have had to involve the credit card company and a lawyer. I will pursue this until the end and my money is returned in full. And damages have been collected.

However, nothing can ever make up for the fact that the getaway was just ruined at the wedding. That was a priceless moment that was destroyed.

The company is ignoring me. No apology no excuse for the Rolls not coming, nothing.

Stay far away from this company. They are frauds and thief’s.

STAY AWAY! Total scam. cancelled service 10 min after booking after they charged me $155 over the original price with tax tip and fees. They will not refund money and told me to call my bank. They lie to you every time you call they say to wait two more days. Do your self a favor and do not use this company.

DO NOT USE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If there were an option for zero stars that would be the rating. We used this service to take our 6 year old cheerleading team to competition. The driver past our destination and spent 10 minutes waiting for another parent to guide him back to the arena. Upon getting to the arena all of the unloaded from the limo. We paid for an hour and even though the driver got lost we had 10 minutes to spare. As we unloaded the girls we were told we were at the wrong entrance. We decided to put the girls in our cars but the limo driver offered to take them to the other entrance. Again he got lost and took 15 minutes to turn around. After arriving to the venue the limo driver called his manager and we were told we owed an additional $150 for 15 minutes. We paid $100 for the deposit and an additional $300 cash upon pickup. A total of $400 for one hour! The driver was harassing our team moms and we had to call the police as the driver was very argumentative and would not give us a receipt as our children looked on. The driver finally drove off and did not give us a receipt. What a great way to start off our Cheer competition Mr. Driver.

We were 10 family members and booked a ride for our bachelor's party last Sunday! It was a pretty good experience with an informative driver with us and we had some amazing experience like never before, really looking forward to seeing more cars coming in for this limo and provide the best service in Atlanta limousine as always!
