Love the food. Always greeted promptly and order has always come out correct. So why only 3 stars? I work 6 days a week on fairly loud machines and since I live not close but work fairly close by and get out mid afternoon, I always dine in and always, Always, there is an employee or 2 sitting close by talking loud on their phone sometimes with it on speaker, like today. I believe the guy in the red apron is an owner of the boss and 100% of the times that I have gone there he is loud and inconsiderate. I will no longer be a customer there.
i called for a steak tip cesar salad to be delivered and two powerades… i always tip the driver nice & i know it’s not the drivers fault… but they brought me a garden salad with steak tips, house dressing and one of my poweraids but i paid for both via the receipt. i call back to let them know i only received one of my drinks and didn’t get a cesar salad, they gave me a house… he tried saying he gave me a cesar and i had to explain to him the difference between both salads, i told him to please bring me the correct order.. i look outside and the driver came bacwith only the other drink he didn’t bring me the first time… i call back and let them kno he forgot the salad?? .. this poor delivery driver comes back to my house with what appears to be a cesar salad? (i don’t know what place puts red onions, tomatoes and cucumbers on it but i’m trying to eat at some point tonight so i’m gonna pick that off but then get this- they didn’t bring me the cesar dressing!! so i call back AGAIN… not only did i wait almost an hour for the first mistake to arrive.. now it totally it’s been an hour and a half and they can’t even get the worlds most simplest order completed… still waiting for my cesar dressing as i write this.
I was here Saturday night to order 10 pizza for a hockey team. The service was expetetional, they were all very friendly and even they in a couple extra pizzas and liters of soda for us. The pizza came out fantastic as well. I’m definitely going here whenever I’m in the area.
I'm blown away. I've never had a problem until now unfortunately... After my order was taken incorrectly I ordered it fixed and was told it wouldn't take long because I would be set as priority.. mind you it's one small cheese pizza that I was told only takes 15 min... Over 40 min later and it's still not here and I live five min down the road. Unbelievable.
Edit: called them to see where the food was and apparently the delivery guy was just getting to it...now almost an hour worth of waiting, unfortunately to save headaches and me feeling bad over being disappointed I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
The delivery was quickly and the pizza is coming warm but the Hawaiian pizza I don’t see no hands and the pineapple it wasn’t no sweet
Never had a problem there until now! I ordered 2 calzones and one was so badly burnt that we couldn’t eat it so I had to take the meat out and eat only that part! I didn’t order chicken on a plate I order a calzone! Went to Athens to show them pictures of what they delivered and could have cared less! Offered NO refund and terrible customer service! Won’t we back EVER
Absolutely wonderful! The salad was huge and the grilled chicken was tender and juicy… the soup was not as good as I thought I would be, but the whole dinner was great!
Have never had a bad experience with Athens the few years I've lived in Haverhill. Their menu selection is solid but their pizza is some of the best in the city.
